The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The vents in the room were tunneling conversations inside the bathroom and some voices in the vents in the room from guests other hotel rooms. My son is in a wheelchair so the accessibility was acceptable. My only issue with the Four Points by Sheraton in Seattle was that the hotel shuttle vans were not ADA compliant; none of the 3 vans had wheelchair accessible. And the hotel had us stranded to get to the airport. Hotel did not have an Uber or Lyft account to request a van accessible van. And the hotel could not call Yellow Cab Van pickup. The hotel front desk clerk simply stated that yellow cab service does not want to service the area where the hotel is located in Des Moines, WA. The last day before check out we were on our own to find transportation back to the airport. A very dire situation. The hotel must and I repeat must comply with ADA regulations to provide for people with disabilities.

Water pressure was very weak, even for a water saving shower head. Thought the toilet was clogged because it flushed so weakly.

Check in and out was easy. Rooms very clean. Would go there again.

Loved the suite, staff was great. My room wasn't ready until 5:00 which was unfortunate but it was a good stay

Super clean facility, comfortable and pleasant rooms. Close to Sea-TAC airport. Excellent airport shuttle service. Restaurant needs improvement. Better plan to eat at nearby restaurants. A list of area restaurants is available at the front desk.

Exceed our expectations! The staff are very nice. The property is well maintained and very convenient to go to the airport.

For the second time I was charged twice. One charge was reversed.

They didn’t have our reservation, the front desk staff attempted to be helpful but were rather snarky and rude. The food at the restaurant was some one of the worst I’ve had. The rooms were nice but unless you want smell like an 50 year old man who wears too much cologne make sure you have your own shampoo and body wash with you
