Or room was on the street and it was extremely loud through each night we were there. I should've asked for room away from the street. I also don't think you should have to pay $15 a night for parking.
There were many of us trying to check in early, so we appreciated their willingness to try to make that work however the front desk woman, was rude and they were all completely disorganized. I know it was busy for them, and many were demanding, but they were using paper maps and paper lists to try to keep it all sorted out - it was super chaotic.
Excellent shuttle service
Staff were friendly and efficient. Shuttle service was awesome. Place is not as great as the pictures, they show views of mountains. But all we ended up with was the rest of the building, parking lot and a dicey neighbourhood.

For one I though Sheraton hotel second what hotel charges parking fee when I paid for the room for one night 158 dollars customer service is good they let me stay longer from my check out time
Yeah although checkin was at 3:00 p.m. I didn't arrive until after 2am , Is due to my flight being delayed. I was very tired by that time and I'm and was taken back that I was not even greeted when I walked in cause a gentleman was on the phone. And customer service were told to at least address the customer and say it'll be a few minutes or or whatever the case... When I finally was able to be helped I was told I had to pay a $15 parking charge for the vehicle. I do get that you have to pay sometimes . I may have missed it and it was probably was disclosed on the itinerary upon Check in, but honestly I dont know. The last reason why I was unhappy was because that's because Wi-Fi was hard to access there is got to be a simpler way for guests? It was actually making me sign up for a website. I will be back in the Seattle area bute I will not be staying at this place anymore.
The property was in the right place at the right time for us. Sadly there was a large group /team of boys staying there when my 2 granddaughter wanted to swim and - no way were they going in the pool with ALL those boys! :-) But that was the main draw back!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff under pressure from an unprecedented heat wave with the hotel being sold out. This hotel has comfortable beds and pillows, a bathtub, outdoor pool, and free shuttle to the airport. It is an excellent value and I would stay again. I’m local to the Seattle area.
