Embassy Suites Hotel Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Enjoyed my stay, staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room had a strange smell. But we did get all the essentials in the room. Welcome baskets, towels, soaps and such as.

This is a great location for airport access and locations on the south side of Seattle.

Overall it was a good experience. They seemed to be in the middle of the atrium/lobby renovation but it did not bother the service.

Lower rating due to the hotel being under construction. Bathrooms for the common area were WELL on the other side of the common area (by the conference room) which made it difficult when dealing with a toddler. We got a handicap accessible room, even though we did not require it. My family enjoyed the fact that the king bed was separate (behind another door) fro the rest of the room. The complimentary breakfast left much to be desired. The hot food was cold, tables were dirty, and the line for omelettes was VERY long. They should have more staff at breakfast. All and all the hotel will be great once the construction is finished, so don't let that detour you. They should work on the breakfast situation, though especially since it is one of the "perks" of this hotel.

hotel was farther away from the airport than I expected .....staff was very good....except for the woman making omelettes for breakfast. The hallways look dirty...could use paint. The room also needed to be painted and freshened up....the sheets and towels were clean...the pillows stink....I had to cover them with a clean towel to get to sleep. The plumbing needs work......the toilet was not working efficiently....not enough pressure in the tub for a fast shower....had to use more water to stand there longer. The meeting rooms had zero space outside for the participants to wait without inconveniencing the rest of the hotel guests....we were constantly told to move out of the way. I wouldn't come back for business or vacation. There's a reason you only rate three stars.

This hotel is only 20 minutes from downtown Seattle and minutes away from Westfield Mall in Tukwila. The two room sweet was very accomodating for my family of 6. Enjoyed rhe two flat screen tv's amd all the seating space. Everything was fairly clean and daily housekeeping was nice (some hotels we've stayed dont offer that). Breakfast exceeded our expectations! They're buffet was great in itself and their cook to order breakfast was amazing. Laundry facility was a bonus too as we traveled with four kids. A great experience and would stay here again in the future.

No issue with the housekeeping - which is probably more important than anything else - but the suite was dark, dated, and rather depressing. This place could definitely use a renovation. Plenty of space, and convenient to the airport.

This hotel is fantastic! My AC wasn't working when I checked in, and within a few hours they had the whole system replaced and working properly. The free breakfast, reception was great and the gym and pool were kept clean. Will definitely be back.

Expected more, for the amount paid. Await 20 minutes for the shuttle and 15 min to check in. And this happen 1:00 am ...

This is a great place to stop over on you way to Hawaii. Lots of room for the family and free shuttle to and from SeaTac.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel met all our expectations. I would even say that the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was delicious and had a very good variety. We would stay here again.

Easy check in, room was ready and clean. Was charged $50 when I arrived though, wasn't told why...

Awful check in experience, set a negative tone for the entire stay. Room was clean, and spacious. Managers reception was sparce only popcorn, nuts and the 2 comp drinks. Breakfast was very good.

Overall a nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice, it was convenient to the office we were visiting for work. Good breakfast selection. Only downside was that the parking lot was always full, and my wakeup calls were late each day - ?

Good shuttle service from airport; had only about 10 minute wait. Hotel was very busy with families which is not surprising on a weekend. Hotel arranged for first class transportation to cruise ship in Seattle for less cost than a taxi. Would use this hotel again if visiting Seattle to go on a cruise.

The hotel is old, and needs remodeling. The rooms had been remodeled, it looks like, in the last few years, but the furniture looked tired and decor was a bit dated. The bed was firm and comfortable, though.

The hotel is very centrally located near SeaTac and was perfect for our visit with family who live south and north of Seattle. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't quite ready, but they upgraded it and took care of our luggage so we could be on our way. With made to order breakfast and nightly cocktails, you just can't beat the convenience.

The Rooms and bathrooms old and seem unclean. The location is great for a trip out of seatac airport. The staff are very friendly. They should lower the rate until they remodel.

Overall it was great up until the morning when we got up the next morning and found a flying bug in the bathroom.
