Decent except no ice machine & the front desk only had small approximate 1.5 pound bags of ice available upon request , my room also had no fridge , limited parking . But for $100 in 2023 overall it was a good value and I would stay again .
The front desk staff was very nice and he really tried to make it safe for us, but it was the homeless encampment on the street that made it unsafe.

No silverware so must bring your own or go to the gas station near. Big rooms but very Diderot. Def. an old building but recently painted blue on the outside. They need to do some remodeling inside the rooms cause scuffs and dust everywhere. Out dated furniture technology, etc but extremely close to the beach.

This place seems to be ideal if you want to be close to the beach. But there was cockroaches in our suite and that’s just unacceptable. The area has a lot of homeless people just wandering around. Not a safe place.
Not as nice as was shown in pictures and hair on the towels
The place is a dump, smell stale cigarettes, broken and nasty furniture. Broken ligh futures,homeless across the street, pictures on the website have nothing to do with the real aspect of the place. They offer breakfast but didn't have it available, no housekeeping, if you need toiletries or towels you have to go and get it yourself. Maybe thats why is not refundable because they know you won't stay there.

I liked that The property is located in front of the beach, but the room where not to standards there was holes on the wall, the mirror closet door was cracked, the restroom light didn’t work, the air was not working, everything looked so old and it Smells bad

Love that it was right on the beach
This was among the worst places I’ve stayed in my recent memory. It felt unsafe, with construction trash all over, and shady folks everywhere I looked. The vending machine did not work. The tv was ancient. The worst part? As I was packing up, I came across some else’s dirty underwear next to the chair. Not even under the chair! Right there on the floor next to it. Did anyone even clean this place after the last customer? Disgusting. Absolutely disgraceful.
