Orbitz charges for upgrades that the hotel is not obligated to honor. We paid for an upgrade for a bay view with 2 double beds; however the hotel was sold out of that type of room so we did not receive that type of room.

Room service knock the at 9:00 AM, I put a note for more tea bags on the TV screen, I got nothing but the note was still there.

I arrived at my hotel Saturday 06/18 and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean but smaller than expected. I was close to everything(China Town, mall, Fishermans Warf, etc...). DO NOT RENT A CAR, UBER IS THE BEST OPTION. Probably was the nicest hotel in Union Square overall. 4.5/5. I will stay here again.

I've booked a "deluxe" view room but the room assigned has no view. Front desk staff (i think her name is Kelley) was very helpful when I asked to change room. Everything else is all good.

did not have the usual perks of a 4 star hotel: bathrobes, magnifying mirror in the bathroom, kleenex in the bathroom, but otherwise fine

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel. It's got a great location and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great centrally located hotel in San Francisco.

My bad and I stayed in this location for about 3 nights and we loved it. The size of the room was a lot bigger than we had anticipated. The view was great and the staff was very friendly. I loved everything about it. My only negative was that there was no fridge in our room but we managed.

The pillows were really uncomfortable so did not get a single good night sleep. The towels were not changed daily.

This place was in the ideal location. If we return to San Francisco we will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was pricey, but very good! Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to help make the stay great, from the doorman to the front desk and the entire staff were very helpful.

Great location and close to union square. Friendly staff. Parking is not easy and valet parking with tips can add up.

This hotel is located close to Union Square. Great for shopping! Step out the door and catch the cable car. We walked to Chinatown and had some terrific restaurants to choose from. The staff was very friendly and the front desk staff gave us a list of the best restaurants in the city. The room was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is in the middle of everything. The Street cars stop right by the Hotel!

I thought the location was great and the lobby and bar area was modern and accessible.

cleaner knocks at 9:00 am sharp

great getaway trip

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this hotel. It's got a great location and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great centrally located hotel in San Francisco.

totally worth the price!

My bad and I stayed in this location for about 3 nights and we loved it. The size of the room was a lot bigger than we had anticipated. The view was great and the staff was very friendly. I loved everything about it. My only negative was that there was no fridge in our room but we managed.
