Staff is on their job no wait or delay and parking after you pay they make sure you have a space. Room clean. Remember you get what you pay for.
It's in the historic bar area, so noise is a given. However, I normally live across from a bar, and it was rather quiet here, which was nice. Nice staff, no issues, forgot to asknif there was breakfast but they also didn't say there was. Most eateries are bars, bistros and cafes, so if you want something more substantial before you drink, you may have to travel.
Nice low key place to stay for a great price.
I’ve stayed here three times in two weeks and I enjoyed my stay . Besides the smoke smell, you get use to it but I slept well. Bathrooms are ok. Location is good and you can park there. I had forgotten something there and they held it for me to pick it up the next day. I appreciated that
GREAT LOCATION FOR FOLSOM STREET FAIR !!! no elevators
The place was clean the staff were not exactly cheerful but also not in your face. The breakfast was good. What made me mad is when i checked out they refused to give me back my 100.00 deposit because the room smelled like smoke. I did not smoke one cigarette inside my room . However i did smoke outside my room as did some of the staff in particular the same man who refused me my deposit back. He said there were cigarette butts in my garbage can,to which i replied yes because i did not want to litter the hotel property. Anyways my argument was leading no where. But this left a rather bad taste in my mouth at the end of what was a mostly decent stay. Some shady goings on late at night but i think it just came with the area
the room, compared to other ones I have stayed in was pretty old and the bathroom was also in a bad condition. It is too noise, and the furniture looked very old too
appreciated the first floor room because of a late check in. however, it was a little noisy due to the street noise and it had bed bugs. hotel staff was really friendly and prompt in moving us to another room, which was further away from the street noise (so quieter). no issues with the 2nd room. parking is extremely tight and fills up quickly; if driving be back at hotel before 8pm. didn't care for a homeless person hanging around the vehicles closer to the street either. wish the complimentary breakfast had slightly longer hours.
It was a very pleasant stay. I didnt like the stsff st the front dedk
