Overpriced. Bed didn't even have a fitted sheet. One of the lamps didn't work in the room. Sketchy guy hanging around inn selling drugs. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed two days. First day charged me $87 w/$100 deposit (which is fine) but the second day they charged me 161 dollars. I had no choice to stay and pay it!

My car got broken in too and there was people fighting all night it was the cheapest option but i didn't not stay here another night plus there was a 100 deposit which isn't worth it i have said at nicer hotels and paid either no deposit or 50 dollars.

Very ghetto wall paper is stapled and people love in this hotel that don't pay what the travelers pay. Totally not worth the money.

Located in changing urban location not walkable, great price though

The militant and obnoxious little twit on the front desk swore like a sailor.

We had planned on staying multiple days here because of the price and stayed one. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like pot in the room. The couch was beat up and dirty, there was no fitted sheets on the bed and it was just overall dirty. We decided to stay 1 night with a chair against the door. Very sketchy area where homeless can be found sitting on the stairs. Luckily, Orbitz contacted the front desk and was able to refund us for the other nights that decided to cancel. We ended up going to another hotel in Fishermans warf for a few dollars more a night.

Convenient location, very friendly staff, parking available, outside entry, and clean room. Beds weren't super comfortable but it was a great value for the location and our last minute booking.

Room was stuffy, very noisy. The bathroom was nicer than the bathroom.

Room was basic and satisfactory, staff was competent, but tye doors are paper thin and clientele questionable. We had a group of guys tailgate and eat dinner outside our room one night and girls next door pregaming in their room which made those 2 of our 3 nights less comfortable as we went to bed. Luckily we were tired enough to still fall asleep, but earplugs advised. Lol

This place is NO good. I have a BAd fall incident when I tripped from their flooring.. Staff did not do anything. My face, hands & knees are bruised up & wounded but nothing was done. No emergency kit as well. Very very poor customer service.. They dont care!!

Dirty room, ridiculous rate and deplorable security deposit policy.

good. better that other hotels in the downtown for budget

This is very disturbing experience. This is the worst stay ever. It is like shelter. Bedsheets were torn, bathroom is tiny, door is broken. You don't get the same room that you request for. Walls of the room are paper thin you can her other people noise. Some of the people staying are looks like drug user. This is not worth for money. Neighborhood is filled with homeless people and note safe. Staff is not friendly. I will never stay again.

This was the third or fourth time I've stayed here, and the first time I've decided not to return. Upon arrival I was required to pay a $200 cash deposit which they refused to return when I checked out because my boyfriend's service animal was with us. I was also told that they would not rent to me again because of our dog.

No major problems. It was fine, but wasn't particularly pleasant. Bed and couch weren't exactly comfortable. At least they threw in continental breakfast.

It's very convenient to go to hollywood and fisherman's wharf from there by car. The wireless internet is terrible to access. Sheets are old!

Its just alright. Yea nothing more. Very expensive deposit of 200, rude staff, rushed at checkout time. Poor Location

... and not much else. You get what you pay for with this SF motel.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times this year. They have upgraded the bathrooms, so they are better than previous years. What bothered me most was that their advertisements free parking is mentioned in their ad. When I arrived they charges $10 extra. Many hotels in SF, of this caliber do offer free parking. When I mentioned to the check in person that I had never been charged before. Her response was, "Now we do. Are you going to park your car or not?"
