The place was clean the staff were not exactly cheerful but also not in your face. The breakfast was good. What made me mad is when i checked out they refused to give me back my 100.00 deposit because the room smelled like smoke. I did not smoke one cigarette inside my room . However i did smoke outside my room as did some of the staff in particular the same man who refused me my deposit back. He said there were cigarette butts in my garbage can,to which i replied yes because i did not want to litter the hotel property. Anyways my argument was leading no where. But this left a rather bad taste in my mouth at the end of what was a mostly decent stay. Some shady goings on late at night but i think it just came with the area

the room, compared to other ones I have stayed in was pretty old and the bathroom was also in a bad condition. It is too noise, and the furniture looked very old too

appreciated the first floor room because of a late check in. however, it was a little noisy due to the street noise and it had bed bugs. hotel staff was really friendly and prompt in moving us to another room, which was further away from the street noise (so quieter). no issues with the 2nd room. parking is extremely tight and fills up quickly; if driving be back at hotel before 8pm. didn't care for a homeless person hanging around the vehicles closer to the street either. wish the complimentary breakfast had slightly longer hours.

It was a very pleasant stay. I didnt like the stsff st the front dedk

I liked the parking lot. The room was filthy, the floor dirty. In the night, it was very loud and noisy around our room.

I was in a hurry and should have looked at these reviews more carefully. It's a sketchy setting. Someone tried to sell me drugs while I was checking in. (The staff seemed to ignore it, probably resigned to it.) A motel-style room is too exposed and not acoustically isolated enough for this environment. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night. There were screaming kids outsider the door before 6am, and you can hear *everything* from these rooms, making it hard to sleep.

The staff were rude and mean! The staff during breakfast looked miserable and one of the staff at the front office had an attitude to multiple visitors.

The rooms are comfortable but the building is located in a sketchy part of town. But overal my stay was comfortable

The o ly issue that I have is how inconsiderate some people are. Be prepared to be woken up by loud domestic auguments, some idiot and his loud as motor bike (both at 2 am), garbage collection trucks at 3am (I guess this cant be helped) and construction on other rooms after 7pm. Oh amd the walls are paper thin. You can hear sexual sounds footsteps, water faucets and full conversations too.
