As an overall, it's good for this price! It's clean and tidy, but there is no elevator in the hotel which is not very convenient ! The breakfast place is not big enough for all the people who stay there !

It met our needs and was fine. Nothing really special though.

Great if you don't plan on spending much time in your hotel. Staff was great, location was awesome. Parking was limited, bed sheets stained and ripped, housekeeping came too early, and the breakfast was just ok. Good value for the location.

It's a pretty small hotel, room right next to ice machine, can hear through walls and the door very easily. Didn't feel too clean and the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. Staff was ok. Breakfast, average at best. Very convenient location however and for just a quick nights stay

Rooms are not properly cleaned. My husband and I got 3 towels and 1 washcloth even when we asked for more. Coffee pot did not work. Second night the pipe under the sink came apart and water dripped on the floor. No one was at the desk so he had to try and put it back together. Complementary breakfast was a joke. Waffle iron needed serious cleaning. Food crumbs all over the place and 2 very small table for 80 rooms. Offered parking.....15 tiny slots for 80 rooms and they rented them out by the hr to non residents during the day. I am not a fussy traveler but this was not good.

Benefits: Perfect location (a little over a mile from Ghiradelli Square), decent television channels, and a kind staff. Disappointments: Stains on the rugs, a chair, the bathtub, and some towels. The shower curtain and sheets/pillowcases had some holes in them. It was an okay choice for a single traveler with low expectations, but I'm a little upset that I don't feel the price and room match. I think I paid for the location rather than the room, and I'd rather stay at another hotel if I can find one nearby with a similar or lower price.

Most of the reviews we had read (after booking) were atrocious and the room really was not bad at all. Bathroom was new and fresh, everything was clean, linens and blankets a bit shabby but not unclean. Parking is included, but very tight especially if you have an SUV; we got the last spot and we got in at 10pm. STaff were very pleasant, although Wifi never did work despite my repeated requests and their assurances it "should be working." HUGE problem was the noise. A group of rambunctious folks insisted on hanging out right outside our room laughing and screaming until about 2 am. Hotel staff kept coming up (after I called) to try to quiet them but it took hours. Also a ton of street noise.

Easy access from the 101, right on Lombard street. Close to Fisherman's Wharf and hot neighborhoods. Staff was helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the only grip we had was that the room was smoking when we requested non-smoking.

My boyfriend and I were in need of a good vacation. San Francisco was our destination. We wanted to look for a good and in our budget type of place. Ramada Limited San Francisco was perfect. We wanted a place that included parking because we planned to park and leave the truck there while we stayed. (it is first come first serve though) We used public transportation which was great because the main buses that take you everywhere were right around the corner. The staff was very helpful when we needed directions or any additional questions about the room. Plus they let us check in early. Breakfast was sufficient and for the price of the room we had nothing to complain about. EXCEPT for one night when we heard the complete argument between a mother and daughter. - but then again it was Saint Patrick Day weekend. Drunk people everywhere! But anything you need is close by. There is plenty of bars around and the neighborhood is nice. There is a Safeway down the street to buy booze or food. Overall I would stay there again and I would recommend it for a short weekend trip to anyone. ENJOY YOUR TRIP!

The location was great! The major problem of this hotel room was the noise level. You are able to hear people outside walking around, talking in the next room, and conversations in the hallways. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast could have been better (waffles, toast, and cereal daily). Loved San Fran but will probably stay somewhere different on my next visit.

The room was ok, but becuase of the broken lock that we had to run here (the room) and there (the cashier) to get new keys. That was tiring..... The breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly, very nice to have coffe pot, hair dryer and iron in room. Room could have been cleaner, shower curtain mildewed, ill fitting sheets, torn blanket.

The room was okay but the noise outside at night was horrible. I'm guessing real bad insulation cuz we heard everything and the neighbors were sooo rude. Yelling at each other, slamming doors, and the maid service slamming laundry carts around at 0600 hours. Parking convenient, but noise, bad.

Good location and price but cab in from the airport and rent a car from rental place right down the street. This hotel has about 14 parking places. You can walk or trolley everywhere from here.

this is an excellent value. a major plus is the way the property is designed blocks the street noise from the rooms. The walls between the rooms are a bit thin however, so if someone is noisy in the adjoining room you may here them banging around.

The experience was OK good location to shops and food. Parking is first come first serve (8 Parking stalls). Did not like because when you have a late check in you do not have any parking and the closest parking is a lot about 1 1/2 blocks away and it is about $20 a day.

very clean, quiet hotel. Easy access to TV and internet. On time service.

We attend the graduation of my daughter at usf.We stayed on this hotel. It's,clean the price is affordable of what the place deserve. The towels looks so dirty @ the worst is there's mo elevator. When I made my reservation I asked if there's an elevator, the operator said,"there is".It's very hard esp.if you have large suitcases & heavy.

This hotel was not bad for the money and a big plus was that it had free parking, though not too many spaces. The included breakfast was waffles, pastries and a few pieces of fruit.

The hotel staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The room accommodations were minimal. Many items in the room were in disrepair - burnt out light bulbs, missing mini frig (big open area in cabinet) - towel bar missing, cracked shower surround, well-used and thread-bare sheets and old, well-used towels. But, the room was clean, the air conditioner/heater worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Again, the staff is exceptional. it is unfortunate the management hasn't invested more into the property to match the effort made by the staff. It was an acceptable place to store our things, sleep and shower, but we won't be going back.
