Loud, tenderloin hotel, gross conditions, heater/ac didnt work, carpet smelled disgusting and had not been vacuumed for a long time. Bed coverings were gross with cigarette burn holes. Low cost , low expectations.

The property was very well kept. The rooms were very good and clean. The work of the cleaning staff was excellent.

Most people might be grossed out by this place, but I just needed a cheap place to stay, which is hard in San Francisco. Just don't leave anything in your car, ignore the homeless/street people living on the sidewalks below, or the noise of people coming in and out, which is what happens in an sleezy/cheap Motel. At least there were no bedbugs, like other places I have staying in the city of this level.

The shower leaked all over the floor, we didn’t have enough towels for the three of us, our sheet didn’t cover our entire bed at the top, we were afraid to leave anything in our car or in the room, the tv remote didn’t work, people were up and yelling outside the room all through the night and early morning. This is a scary part of town.

Property appears to be in a poor area. We experienced homeless people outside the buildings arguing with one another at 2:30 in the morning. It lasted for almost 2 hours. There was no phone to call the front desk to have their security intervene. Bathrooms obviously suffer from high humidity issues. The wooden fame on the large bathroom mirror is splitting from moisture. Eventually the mirror will drop and break all over the sink. Bottom of vanity is damaged due to water. Positive points include free parking and comfortable beds. Bathroom appeared to have been recently painted. Internet worked well, but I was right above the office.

It is an actual shithole!!! DO NOT PICK ROOM 324!!!

This is a crack motel. Do not stay here, unless you are looking to engage in crack motel activities

Super! Convenient!! I appreciate the helpful desk staff. Right around the corner from my favorite saloons.

Drug addicts in the stairwells. Prostitutes working out of the motel. Back alley where the parking is is full of homeless people. I witnessed one pee on my car and multiple others use it as a backrest while smoking crack.

Hotel was ok.. Room need some repair ..otherwise ok..

One of the worst places to stay. The WiFi worked for like 10 minutes. Shower wasnt working. A terrible experience overall.

The place smells like urine. There’s people sleeping in the stairs landing. The room carpet moves and dirty. The towels are so thin and old. The chair has terrible stain. Extension cords are not secured and can be a tripping hazard. The location is in the Tenderloin District so our expectations where already low and it did not disappoint us. If you are in a pinch of a place to stay and expectation is low then this is the place.

Please refund my money they made me wait 2 hours at check in

Great price with free parking and great location in the city but the bed and carpet gross. Pillows two inches thick and stained. Blankets had holes. Carpet dirty made white socks very gray with very little walking. Bathroom okay but towels very thin and small. No hand towels or wash cloths. WiFi very slow.
