Check in agent at the desk was great. The room was not in good shape, though. It was clean, but it had a broken TV (no sound), broken phone, and broken fixtures in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk to report the issues, the door to the check in area was locked and no one was there. I decided to just get on with my weekend.

The room was nice and the parking was easy, especially up on the office level. The neighborhood was great with great places to eat within a three block walk. My only complaint was that the mattress was way too soft.

Nice property near corner of Van Ness and Broadway. Very nice rooms but walls are a little thin. Group next door on Saturday were very noisy and could hear their conversation easily. Instant hot water which was a nice bonus! Parking is a little tight but loved that it was free! Don't see that often in SF. Has an elevator which was great also. Located near a lot of food and market options on Polk and Van Ness. Great location will stay here again. We had Brazilian the first night and House of Prime Rib the 2nd! Both were exceptional and withing easy walking distance... Used Waymo to travel to the wharf cost for round trip was about the same as parking so a wash either way.

Hidden GEM in San Francisco. I live on the road a quarter of the year and mostly stay in Marriotts but sometimes I stay in budget rooms so I can pocket a little of that per diem. This is by far the best budget place I have ever stayed at. Convenient, safe, parking. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice shower. Centrally located and close to public transport.

Very clean and the area is pretty nice. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time, and the person in the reception was so nice to call the cleaning person to check if the room was ready, and it was. Staff is super helpful. The only small issue I found was that the heater is quite noisy, so in winter could be a bit annoying at night. Everything else was great!

We got a call at 6pm to keep the noise down. It was our 13 yr old son, my husband and myself in the room not being rowdy or partying at all. Quiet time was listed from 9pm-9am. I dud not understand the need for a call but tried to keep our voices down. Which is a shame since the room was clean and everything else was great.
