Adante Hotel, a C-Two Hotel

Room was hot and with no forced air in the room, had to open window. Noise throughout the night was unbearable. Not just from the trucks and traffic, but the hoards of homeless who were in constant conflict with each other. Looking out the window, it was like scenes from The Walking Dead. Room was so-so, but staff was rude. Observed a young women attempting to check out. Gentleman at front desk made her wait at least 20 mins for a deposit return until her room was "inspected". He was very rude to to young lady and very unprofessional. At one point he turned and leaned over to retrieve a receipt from the printer which revieled to us all waiting in line, he was not wearing underwear. Very classy

The hotel let us check into our room early which was really helpful since we were in town to attend a conference and wanted to leave our bags before we walked over. This was great because they do not have a bag storage area. The room was especially small and didn't allow much space to walk around the 2 queen beds. There also isn't air conditioning in the room which usually is not a problem in San Francisco however, we were there during a really hot weekend and would have loved to have AC. Overall, this was a good place for the price.

Pros: close to food and shopping, easy transportation options, good tv stations and casual hotel. Cons: No AC, dirty floors, VERY small room, and outdated technology. Takeaway from my experience for anyone looking into this hotel is that the pictures are misconceiving in size and in presenting the cleaninliness of the rooms. Also, the no AC is a biggie but my fault as I did not read other reviews.

Si bien es central tiene una habitación chica un poco incómoda, hay ruidos en la noche como un ventilador interno, no tiene vista, el desayuno es pobre. Lo rescatable es el personal muy amable y atento.

There was a lot of noise coming from their radio/ alarm the whole time.

I enjoyed the stay. It is OK for a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy. Hotel needs renovation. Location is good. Breakfast is minimum.

We had several rooms booked at this hotel for the Dreamforce convention in SF. One of our employees received an already occupied room at check in and walked in on other guests. The rooms are rundown with no A/C and large cracks in the walls , as well as weird doors that lead from the bathroom into the hall. Several rooms also did not have hot water.

strategic location and that is pretty much the only good thing ,old and poorly updated no ac but it has Windows but the Windows do not have a screen, bed not comfortable ,parking is 45$ a night if you have a car ,just a place to crash

Rooms extremely small for price; staff not very attentive

You get what you pay for! Overall it wasn't a horrible stay but here is a few issues we had...The room was very small but it was clean but The beds were comfy. There is no ac in the rooms and it got super stuffy. There was a fan above the bed but it barely moved. The service was not so hot. Housekeeping forgot to give us towels 2 times! When I called the front desk to ask them to bring them some up it never happened. We caught housekeeping in the hallway and got them from her. The water in the shower was very iffy as well. Times it wld get super hot or not hot enough. I got a great deal on the room that's why We stayed here. Next time I will spend a little more to get a better place.

hotel staff made me wait when i had already reserved a room. there was 3 of them and no one could help me when i got there. there is NO parking. they dont tell you this before you pay. They have to take your car to a far parking lot and charge you 65 a night! room is scary, windows have no screen and it is NOT safe for children.

The common spaces look bad and smell stinky, but the room and breakfast were ok. A good option to stay in a good area for a good price.

Front desk staff is unhappy and it shows. They treat customers like trash. Sorry that we come in and out late night, it's San Francisco and we are young! Sorry we don't retire for the evening promptly at 6 pm.

Staff was friendly, but kept trying to sell me different services I didn't want. The room and bed were nice, but the hotel is kind of old. The satellite cable kept constantly losing signal. **This hotel is located near a very sketchy area, so beware when walking around outside.

As was only staying one night before my international flight home, I chose this hotel for location, Shuttle Service, price (incl breakfast), so this suited me well. Old hotel recently renovated, so clean & comfy room. Close to Union Square for shopping. Quite a long walk to waterfront. Would not recommend for children. TV kept losing signal.

Great place to stay. Not to fancy or pricy but also right in the heart of the city. Staff Is very friendly and you can tell they enjoy working. Offer shuttles and breakfast.

Were in town to visit our daughter and this was reasonably priced. A bit close to the sketchy part of town and by no means luxurious. Room was comfortable and clean.

A nice place to crash but the locations is not great at all

You definitely pay what you get for. It was cheap and the breakfast they offer sucks. Literally active yogurt, bread and coffee are your options.bi recommend to pay a few bucks extra and get a better hotel.

This hotel has been remodeled very nicely. I was quite impressed.
