Window was busted and taped to hold it together, firealarmnwasntneven on, office staff was very rude, room wasn't even cleaned, no towels or anything like that. Was a nightmare only be told I have to leave . Now I don't even get my refund back from Expedia... Thanks Expedia you aren't great either.

Had a incident on 1/2/2026 @9pm I made reservations around 5pm and came to check in at 9pm after work. I was giving double beds when I only wanted 1 bed ..can't complain about that I did have my husband and child with me, I notice my room had no fridge and I had groceries I went downstairs and kindly asked for a fridge I was shoo-ed and was told " he'll be right there" ..about 30mins later I go downstairs to make sure I wasnt forgotten about cuz it been quite some time now. I see he's annoyed that I'm still asking about the fridge this time I tell him I'll wait in the lobby this time . He then goes on and says he's busy and he's the only one for the night shift ( which I don't get what that has anything to do with my request for a fridge and he was scrolling on his phone as I approached the lobby counter) long story short he was getting loud with me and talking over me making all these excuses why it was taking so long for a fridge and was informed that I would have to wait to the next day!! ( Mind you I was going to be there for two days and my whole night was already wasted in the lobby) . I did end up receiving my fridge by 11:40PM!!! I never had a problem with the place or the staff before but customer service needs to be highly worked on that's it and that's all thanks for your time .

Had to pay for a deposit which left me broke, only had one towel with stains on it and had to go to Walmart to buy some, room didn’t have any sheets or blankets on it. Complained to the front desk. He switched me to another room with stained blankets and sheets. Horrible

First, we were given the wrong room number where there were people staying when we opened the door by a given key. Later, we got another room, but the fridge had not been cleaned. Old food and stinky smell made us nauseous. Room also has no trash bin. Dirty pillows. The only one plus is one of staff member was nice However, we never come back this place for sure.

TV didn’t work well, first room offered the AC/heater didn’t work. The TV worked but cable didn’t. Toilet seat was broken and trash outside. The room brought mosquitoes and nuts that led into the room where I had to throw out trash away from my room. The bed was very uncomfortable and had no headboard. And when asked about certain things, the staff upfront advised me to do this or that and they didn’t want to check it out or fix the issue. Not someplace I would recommend.

Can you stay here? Absolutely. It seems in Oder to make it budget friendly they intentionally do bad things which are not at all required. The water is clogged, the pillow well, let’s call that a cushion. It’s horrible, the bedsheet is very questionable, if you walk every question of the room make sound, there is no water, coffee or whatsoever, the elevated doesn’t work, it looks like a haunted house With a lot of places broken, I dropped my cell phone behind the bed and I cannot describe the situation there, the bathroom light was blinking like a haunted house, the staff give me the card for the room, which didn’t work three times. All together as I said, this seems like intentional to make one hotel such bad. It’s almost on purpose. But can you stay here for a night absolutely why not. With the family absolutely not.
