Hotel is new but already shows a lot of signs of wear and tear. The restaurant area upstairs is a bit dodgy and the water quality in the room’s bathroom is really poor. Staff is so so, not very caring except the security personnel and drivers.

The front desk staff are very forgetful - I had to request assistance with the room safe more than 4 times! They clearly do not jot anything down. They are however, very polite and ready to give direction and support on immediate issues.
