Thank you so much Mr. Wycliffe vunyali you're always very helpful during our event set up. Looking forward to working with you next time. Radisson Blu is very beautiful, clean and has a good location.

I had the most amazing stay at the Radisson Blu Nairobi. The service was unmatchable and the staff is incredibly friendly. Erick, Abraham, Anne and so many others were always available to assist with everything. From transportation to room service, everything was always arranged very timely and smoothly. I cannot wait to go back and stay there again. Highly recommend this place!

Radisson Blu is a beautiful hotel in Nairobi. Very comfortable. Breakfast is great. Particularly love the Masala Chai tea. The staff is very welcoming and tries to always please and provide good service.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Upper Hill for one night and were unimpressed. Firstly, I disliked the hotel’s security arrangement - being made to leave the car then get back in was an unpleasant experience which I felt was unnecessarily rigid (naturally, all Nairobi hotels have some level of security but I felt protocol here was uncomfortable and needlessly inconvenient for guests). Check in was another vexing affair; the receptionist was curt and did not acknowledge that we had booked a club room, rather she barred our card from accessing the eighth floor on which the business lounge is situated. This was eventually resolved after coming back down to reception and speaking with another receptionist. We also found the hotel to have rather a busy atmosphere which was not especially calming. Another unusual feature which we disliked was that the hotel doesn’t permit guests to take a taxi from the hotel - concierge insisted that we take the hotel’s own car. Now I wouldn’t have a problem with this at a more lavish hotel where this is expected and deserved - but this is a relatively average-standard chain Radisson property, not the Cape Grace. I guess it didn’t help that the driver of the hotel car was pretty miserable too. However, our room was nice and the club lounge was better with a more refined ambience, but again staff were by no means exceptional. Though the hotel has all the hardware of a reasonable high-end hotel, we found the service to be lacking and the atmosphere quite cold and uninviting, especially as leisure not business travellers. Overall, disappointed.

We stayed here for 2 nights before leaving on our safari. The staff was accommodating. The restaurants were wonderful. Felt very upscale. They even arranged for one of their drivers to take us to David Sheldricks for our Foster parent visit. The security was also incredibly tight!

While my general experience at the various restaurants at Radisson Blu, Upper Hill, has been wanting, the Chop House offered a different experience... We had a business lunch at Chop House Restaurant and it was an different experience. The food was excellent. Everlyne, who attended to us offered amazing and outstanding service!! Definitely a restaurant I will go back to.

While Radisson Blu seems to be a very nice, upscale hotel, we found the customer service experience to be quite lacking. Two days after our arrival at the hotel, my partner and I inquired regarding obtaining two train tickets from Nairobi to Mombasa. Since neither one of us had an Mpesa account, the concierge kindly booked our tickets through his own account. Unfortunately, he booked the tickets for the wrong date, and it wasn't until we arrived at the train station that we were informed of the grave mistake that he had made. It was also impossible to book two (2) new tickets and unfortunately, we missed the last train departing Nairobi that day. When we returned to the hotel, the concierge was no longer there. The front desk agent attending to us explained that there was nothing that she could do to rectify the situation. At best, she was able to book us two nights at twice our original booking rate. With our backs against the wall, there was nothing we could do but accept it. The hotel's mistake was very costly for us (We lost our prepaid hotel accommodations in Mombasa along with the money we had spent for our tickets). Needless to say, we are really disappointed in how this entire situation was handled, and we will not be patrons at this hotel in the future.

I spent about 6 hours here in between flights. It’s a well designed Radisson about 15-20 minutes from the airport and tucked way up the hill from the city. The rooms are ok and pretty standard Raddison but a nice outside bar and restaurant area distinguishes this from others in the chain

We arrived on time for the brunch(1200hrs) and so had the chance to select from the various options where to sit. Our daughter was asleep when we arrived and to our lovely surprise, they offered us a crib(very clean) for her to continue sleeping in as we proceeded with our brunch. They had a variety to choose from in terms of food and had Sangria inclusive in the brunch. When our daughter woke up, they offered to prepare a sauce for her the was salt free. I would definitely go back be it for brunch or spend the night, the service we received was incredible. The brunch is a great plan for both people with and without families .

The hotel is near to the main downtown and the only issue is traffic whenever you have to commute esp. to and fro to Airport, city has a terrific problem of traffic esp in business hours and infrastructure is as such that you don't have much options to opt. The experience at this hotel was fabulous and the food at their restaurant chophouse was lip smacking. One must try their steaks. The staff was truly wonderful!
