Optimal access to JKIA and a very nicely run and maintained hotel. Staff are lovely and food was very very good. Comfortable bed, nicely designed room. Shower does need an upgrade, but everything was very clean.

Hotel is new but already shows a lot of signs of wear and tear. The restaurant area upstairs is a bit dodgy and the water quality in the room’s bathroom is really poor. Staff is so so, not very caring except the security personnel and drivers.

Great location. This was a perfect home base while we did our activities in Nairobi. Staff was wonderful. Food was great. Rooms were great.
Everything as would be expected of a Sheraton. Convenient to the airport. Only thing I didn't like was that the power went off and on several times during the evening and night. All outages were very brief except one that was at least 30-45 minutes.
Staff met us at 4 am arrival and provided excellent service. Breakfast included in recommended as the breakfast bar is astounding, pool view of Nairobi national park. Even had a massage and facial! Great experience
This hotel feels way too nice to be ‘just’ an airport hotel. It’s beautiful, modern and so very convenient. 24 hour restaurant which was most welcome after a full 20 hours of flying and amazing staff (Phillip in the restaurant is amazingly kind, funny and warm).
