I like spacious room; however, the towel was limited.
Water in the shower ran yellow. TV did not work , replaced it but could not get the programming correct so no TV. They changed our room so we could have a TV, but this was a huge inconvenience. Plus the beds were small and room amenities seemed dated and tattered. The price of the room prompted a freash up to date experience. We did not get that.
Overall a wonderful stay. Staff in particular. Very courteous and helpful.

We take pride in our commitment to guest satisfaction and do realize at times that unintentional errors do occur. I apologize about the disturbance of not having a properly functioning TV available in your room. I am happy to hear we were able to move you to another room. Our spacious Deluxe Double staterooms features two double beds with wall-mounted reading lights, custom millwork, and sparkling bathrooms with premium amenities.
