It was just ok. The place was overall dingy. The room at first glance looked cleaned, but in the corners and behind things in view had huge dust bunnies and hair. Gross. But it was cheap and I guess you get what you paid for

Women That Were There At Check In Were Really Rude

.

Great location: ie central to Rochester and easy to access. Many restaurants nearby. Nice facilities and rooms.

This might've been a nice hotel once, but it's fallen into disrepair. There was a hole in the wall in the entryway made by the door handle slamming into it, the room wasn't really all that clean (we found a bra under the bed and trash on the floor), and the bathroom was a bit of a closet. The best was comfortable and clean, and the staff was super friendly.

The property was very nice. However, when checking in I was given the wrong room key. I opened the door and walked in on a man sleeping! Horrible experience.

Liked: The property was clean and pleasant. The staff was helpful and polite. The halls were quiet at night. Didnt Like: We were there for three nights and the room cleaners didnt check towels or empty the one little waste basket in our room until I requested it after the second night. The hot breakfast was good, except they served the exact same "hot" part...scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage patties three mornings in a row.

It is a family trip with a young adolescent to visit college. Rochester is our last stop. The property has a convenient location with lots of restaurant choices. Comparing with other five hotels we have stayed in different locations, this property is much cleaner and guest room has comfortable beds. They also provide nice and hot breakfast (under the pandemic). It is highly recommended to everyone.

Vending machines don’t work

Smelled like smoke. Stains on sheets. No milk at breakfast.

The hotel was NOT a safe place. Rude staff, room was unsanitary, not quiet at night, hotel guests were smoking in the room, the staff body shamed a guest, staff refused to accommodate me due to my disability. I had to stay the rest of the stay at my friend's house. This hotel was NOT as described and it needs to be removed from Orbitz. NO ONE should have to stay at an unsafe and unsanitary hotel.

The room smelled awful. The sheets were dingy, the tub was grey, and when I lifted up the mattress to check for bed bugs there was a used pregnancy test and a bunch of cracker crumbs between the mattress and box spring but it was too late to check out as my kids were exhausted. After they were asleep, I called the desk several times over the span of an hour (from my cell, the room phone wasn't working and staff did nothing to address this) to ask for an extra blanket and nobody ever answered. We did not stay for the 2nd night we had booked.

Good

No room reserved for my reservation

ice machine was broken and no breakfast ready.

They were accommodating and the room was clean. Close to restaurants. Spectrum Cable TV was also a plus. The only downside was the bed was not comfortable for a long stay but for a few nights it would do.

Lots of things not available, not a family hotel anymore. Too many disruptions in the middle of the night.

Sometimes when keys are next to cell phones or car keys, it demagnifies them in which they would have to be re-keyed. You would have to come to front desk to do so. Thank you
