It's a very good resort. - Food is good (say 4 stars. The buffet choices are excellent for kids and adults, restaurants are good - we loved the Mex and Blue Grill). - Location is great: close to airport and to Puerto Morelos (very nice beach) - Excellent service (e.g.: breakfast served in the room at 4:30am on the departure day) - Very nice pool/facilities On the "minus" side: - I would have preferred that there was a playground for little ones, where parents could stay (kids Zone has no parents access) - Beach was a bit disappointing due to some seaweeds, not a huge issue (just walking 1 yard in the water is enough to get to clean water), but overall it misses the green/light blue colors that you could find in other "dream beaches".

Great Hotel. I would only purchase the preferred upgrade with an ocean view. Otherwise, I believe it is not worth it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food and room are top notch.

This is a beautiful hotel from the lobby to beach to pool. The staff is amazingly friendly and very accommodating. Food is as good as you can expect for all inclusive. Breakfast, hibachi, guacamole and dessert were excellent. Drinks are better when ordered directly at the bar.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Entertainment was great... they really got the guests involved in everything from Karaoke to conga lines to “Rock Show”. The food was just ok... Im someone who generally avoids the buffet, but the buffet was better than most specialty restaurants. The private pool was very peaceful and comfortable. The beach was amazing! Calm water, white sand, hardly and seaweed. The only real disappointment was the room. Even though we had an upgraded waterfront room there were small double beds, only three TINY drawers for clothes, and the worst pillows I have ever used. I liked that you could walk down the beach to the town (Puerto Morelos). The included wine (white or Red) was better than most all inclusives. All in all, this was good for a weekend, but not for a longer trip. I have preferred Moon Palace and Paradisus Cancun.

I stayed with my family for six nights. We enjoyed the good restaurants and the beach, my kids refused to stay in the kids club without me and plsyground is inside the kids club so we couldn’t use it , other than that every thing was good.

Love the spacious room, restaurants, staff. We’ve been to various resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya and I must say this is one of the top notch. They pay attention to small details that we like. I recommend to be a preferred guest due to extra perks. I got a good deal with the hotel but you get more than you paid for. I’m surprised with all extras. The flow in the hotel is just right. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. It was my first all inclusive vacation and i was not disappointed.

Just returned from a five day trip, including arrival date and departure date. There are plenty of activities for a short stay. The facility is beginning to look a little dated. Painters were present during the daytime and the beautiful thatched roofs on some of the buildings in the main complex will soon need replacement. Many beautiful fountains surround the facility although the one outside of our room complex was never turned on during our stay. They seem to cater two families, as there were always little ones running around and being loud. The one adult pool seemed inviting until we found out we had to have a VIP membership which we declined. Food was great! Only one breakfast place available for us "commoners". VIP had another breakfast option. Very friendly staff but not all of the visible people could speak English. Spa was outstanding.

Stayed in September with a friend and returned with husband for this trip. Pool area is beautiful, nice beach (except for all the dang seaweed). A lot of good choices to eat and the food is good. Great daily entertainment and entertainment staff. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that I could get an espresso or latte daily and is including with all inclusive. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. My only complaint was that I asked for a room closer to the main lobby and pool since I was just there and they didn't seem interested to accommodate without a ridiculous increased fee per night.

Had a wonderful time at sapphire Lively crowd Great food Nice staff Spa was wonderful Would definately recommend

Facility was nice but old and outdated. Cleanliness was moderate. Needed paint and repair. Age was setting in. Grounds were old and overgrown. Staff was very nice and accommodating Food was moderate and quality was OK But not high end. If looking for HIGH END experience this is NOT the place. If value is your choice then this will work. Just know it's not 5 star. 2.5 to 3 at best

This was a fantastic resort. Clean, great food, and very friendly staff. Me and my wife would definetly return again.

we had a great time. the staff was super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for us

Great staff. All around amazing. The employees really go out of there way to make sure you feel like you are home.

I would return to this resort no questions asked. The staff down there are so incredibly hard working and will do anything to accommodate their guests. Our room was always cleaned and we never went more than 5-7 min without being asked if we needed a other drink. The Now Sapphire entertainment team are outstanding. I wanna give a thanks to Dylan (entertainment), Mario (waiter), Maria (maid), and Carlos (bartender). Amazing staff I can't say enough about this resort I had one of the best vacations of my life.

Great food and staff. Resort is very clean and pool area is great! Only negative is that there is a lot of seaweed on the beach that staff cleans up daily. Overall great vacation! We would definitely go back!

We came for my 50th Birthday and one I will never forget. Ocean front room was beautiful. Staff at this Resort are excellent. All the Employees I came in contact with seem to love working at Now Saphire and happy to help you in anyway. We have been to Riviera Maya 23 x, this has been the best of all. Customer service Great, Food was really great, Entertainment was great, Kudos to the Activity staff to all the hours they put in to make this place so wonderful. The coco cafe is lovely since it is open 24 7. Had a relaxing massage and facial which was superb. We did an excursion a boat ride up to maroma beach area did some snorkeling had lunch the beaches are so beautiful. We also did the bike ride to Puerto Morelos that was a lot of fun and relaxing. The restaurant CIBU was my favorite we also loved the buffet. We really loved all of it. Grounds are very well kept, water fountains and walkways are great. I would like to Thank all the employees I really loved all of you. I felt like I was in Paradise.

Beautiful resort. Close to the beach , restaurants are great I will be going back.

lovely room on the beach. Beach access from the room felt limited due to no way to lock the patio door after exiting that way. Also, the A/C struggled to keep up. Other than those issues the experience was fantastic..The staff was attentive and very pleasant.

This is our second time at the resort and it was unbelievable. The staff was incredible and the food was excellent
