Nice hotel. Beautiful grounds. Convenient locationlocation.

Visiting family living in the area at Thanksgiving. This hotel was perfect for our visit.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and we have enjoyed each visit.

Had a wonderful time planning a birthday party at the venue. Friendly, accommodating and helpful staff all around. Just wish I had more time to spend there. Will definitely return in the near future.

Very nice grounds and facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel. You don't feel like you are staying at a hotel but stepped back in time. It has an old colonial feel. Very happy with our stay here.

Stay at the Wyndham was great. Beautiful rooms right on the a golf course. Restaurant food at hotel food was delicious. Hotel is conveniently located five minutes from mall and movie theater.

We felt that we had arrived at a colonial college campus - the grounds were beautiful. We stayed during a busy weekend. Although I had reserved 2 queen beds with pet accommodations on third-party website, my room ended up being a 1 queen sized bed on the 5th floor. The front desk told me, "your reservations only reserve a room, not specific requests." They were able to work with me to get an appropriate room. If reserving on third-party website, I recommend calling the hotel as well to confirm the beds desired and other accommodations. Parking was difficult during the busy weekend. Guests would park on the grass and in no parking areas which was tacky. They have additional parking away from the building in which you stay which you would have to walk. On cold days, you can use their underground tunnel.

We had a great time here for a wedding. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very spread out. A little cumbersome. But good room at a good price

Great spot, nice people, room was clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin. Bar & lounge was convenient and food good. Just a stop over but with the attached golf course it could be a nice place for a golf getaway. Easy access to highway and plenty to do down the road. Would go back when in the area.

The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. I can fully understand why there was a wedding taking place while I was there. I was surprised at how good the food at the tavern ended up being. The crab puppies and Ahi tuna are a must!

Arrived for our late check-in (12:30am), after driving over 10hrs with our 2yr old, only to have the woman at the front desk look at me with a completely straight face and say "we don't have a room for you..." She told us there was a wedding and they had overbooked, so they were going to send us to a far less expensive hotel down the street. Completely unacceptable! They had taken our payment. They had accepted the reservation that I had booked at least 5 weeks ahead of our stay. And they had not even bothered to try to contact me or lathe booking site to let anyone know they had overbooked and did not have a room available. I called the booking site and they processed a refund for me immediately and we took our voucher for the hotel down the street and left. Obviously I will never attempt a stay here again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else try it either!

Excellent location , perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. The grounds were magnificent , lush trees , quiet atmosphere suited for relaxation . Place is also close to many resturants.

My friend and I stayed at the Wyndham Virginia Crossings Hotel while spending a day in Richmond to have a little weekend getaway. The grounds and setup were interesting and unique. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, it was clean, and the bed provided a good nights sleep. We explored a bit, took the underground passageways to the tavern, and had a great time. Staff was friendly while checking in and answered any queries I had cheerfully. Didn't try the food but did have a nightcap or two and the bar staff was excellent. We were delighted with our stay here, would stay again, and recommend this establishment to other travellers and guests.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and the second experience was as good as the first. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spotless and it is a beautiful peaceful location. Look forward to staying here again

Having made several trips to the Glen Allen area this is the nicest property I have stayed at. It is interesting in that there are different buildings that house conference, restaurant and rooms around a center square. They have a nice formal restaurant and a Tavern that serve different fare depending on your mood. Had the maple glazed salmon for dinner as recommended and it was very good. If you are in downtown it's a little out of the way and about 20 miles from the airport according to the GPS but easily accessible. I would highly recommend.

When you first pull in you are blown away! Everything is beautiful inside and out. Only 2 downfalls being no fridge in the room and the beds weren't very comfortable, with that being said there's not a lot of places that beat Virginia Crossings. Pool was great, Yellow Tavern awesome, and the views were fantastic!

Nice weekend at the Wyndham. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was upscale. But the best was the Yellow Tavern pub for drinks and incredible food. Highly recommend.

The level of customer service was outstanding. We were travelling across country on a red-eye to go to a wedding at this hotel and they allowed us to check-in 6 hours early to get some rest and prepare for the wedding. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing I could think that could be improved is if they provided a shuttle service to and from the Richmond airport.
