My study was magnificent!! From the moment I checked in to leaving the hospitality was fantastic. Professional service from the manager, polite, friendly, patient, and kind. The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed!

When I got to the hotel they said I was booked for a one King bed but I booked 2 queens. I waited an hour for her to find out how to fixed it. She checks other people in to Queen sized beds. Then after we take the King room she finds us a room. The next day the new worker said it’s usually first come first serve so I should have been got the room.

Opening week was rough for the front desk staff but they held it together when the system went down. The manager even stay behind on er birthday evening to handle things. Morning staff was hard to understand, young and meek.

We stayed 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once even after we made a special request that it be done. I asked for 4 sets of extra towels and we were only given two. There were no luggage carts available as we were checking out. The breakfast was never fully stocked. Trash bins around the hotel were always full. The carpet needed vacuuming. The coffee/tea area was always dirty.
