Great location. Room was so so however my son had a huge, nice 2 room suite and paid less than us. A/C wasn’t great either.

Enormous clean room. Comfy bed, quiet. Friendly staff and easy access from I-95

Always enjoy our stay at this property on our yearly journey from South Carolina to Massachusetts.

Great location and helpful staff.

best place in Richmond to stay

This was a disappointing stay. There is no parking, save for very expensive valet parking, at the hotel. There are some public lots but it is difficult to find them when you don't know your way around Richmond. The lobby feels very cramped and the elevators are barely big enough to fit 2 people. The room seems poor laid out and the television was not programmed correctly. I found the bed uncomfortable. Finally, I was unable to get a late checkout. I know the hotel has to turn my room over but it was very frustrating that they couldn't give me even an extra 30 minutes to shower and change before I left for home. I definitely would not stay here again.

Very convenient to hospital for traveling nurses.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. The rooms were large. It was a good experience and a good value for the money.

The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. However, there was a musty urine smell in the room and hair left on the bathroom floor and tub.

Art and architecture make this property special. Nice rehab of historic building

The staff at the Commonwealth were superbly helpful and friendly. I left a medical appliance that they returned to me

Small boutique hotel with comfortable beds, spacious rooms, fridge, microwave and great shower heads. Convenient to I-95 and walking distance to local eateries. Good value.
