This is a really nice, convenient property. Great staff. The room had limited lighting because it looks into an alley. Notwithstanding, I would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location, across street from parking garage.

While my stay here was very short I would like to say that the service by Lenin and Athena was immaculate. They were so sweet and welcoming from check in to check out. I’ll be returning to Richmond in the future and plan to stay here again and hope to see them. I also loved how clean and spacious the rooms were. The neighborhood view was nice as well and the lobby had a very welcoming feel to it.

Nice hotel staff for the most part. City was pretty wild and a lot of late night noise. There were some rowdy patrons on our floor running around at 3 in the morning.

Everything was great! Just be forewarned if you own a large truck there will be no garage parking available and if you’re lucky you can park on the cobble stone street out front for your stay. Other than that it’s a rough parking lot option and if your truck is loaded with valuables good luck sleeping at night.

Area outside the property is mainly eating businesses. A bit of a hike to tourist areas. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Parking was free. Food availability at hotel was chips on the Sat pm and the menu, which was not tempting - just 4 options for the main menu, on the Sun pm. No water bottles in room... you get given a small one on booking in. I would stay again... Thank you! :)

Nice room, good location, some areas to improve

Clean updated hotel near restaurants and walking distance to several attractions and the convention center in Richmond. Checkin was very nice and staff stored bags for us since we arrived in early afternoon. No parking on-site but there is several paid and one free garage nearby. Doesnt include breakfast - if you buy cooked breakfast, it’s about 30 minute wait as there’s only 1 staff member. Our food was good though we did have an issue with spoiled salsa that we notified staff of. One thing to improve property: please put out coffee in the morning. The bistro serves Starbucks but only starting at 7:30 and quite honestly I’d rather have drip coffee. There was a water dispenser in lobby but it was drained and not refilled even after I notified the staff.
