I knew up front I was making compromises. I needed a place for a family of four to crash in the middle of an 800+ mile drive home from Atlanta. I didn't want to pay a lot for the room. I wanted it to be near the highway. It would be great if it had a pool in case we actually arrived in time to use it. Included breakfast would be nice. This motel met those criteria. But it's badly in need of some renovating. A non-smoking property, the change was evidently recent as a faint odor of tobacco smoke remained in the hallways and room. The A/C unit was loud, the beds soft to the point of being mushy, the water pressure barely adequate. The breakfast, served in the diner next door, turned out to be the best part of the deal. Subtract the fair market value of four diner breakfasts and the room cost less than $50 for the night. I can't argue with that. But you get what you pay for.

No remote In the room, there was stains on the comforter. And the toilet did not work, we asked for a refund and they gave us $10 back. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room we stayed in smelled like cigarettes even when we asked for a non-smoking room. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't working so we had to request for a new room. The new room we had still smelled like smoke. I was but a happy camper when I stayed here.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were in need of some renovations but it looks like they are working on that. My only issue is saying breakfast comes with the room and they only included for one of the mornings not both

Very friendly staff Nice diner connected to motel. A true Hot Breakfast

This hotel smelled very bad and was very dirty. The toilet in the room was exceptional dirty. I switched rooms but second one was no better than the first. I attached pictures of the second room's dirty toilet and alarm clock. I left the hotel after one night. No one should stay here.

Had no problems, great location, especially if afoot.

Cheap enough room but you get what you pay for. Room was old but it did have cable and a flat screen TV. Internet was very slow and would go in and out. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle batter was sour. Coffee bad. Cereal and milk served in a conference room with 4 round tables. Carpet was dirty and soaked in some areas.

Room was ok. Good location to access 95N and 295 around Richmond. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and staff seemed apologetic. Wireless internet was not the speediest. Aside from the broken shower head, about what I would expect for the price. Was alright for a one night stay.

Wonderful trip indeed....would recommend this room to friends and family. You can't go wrong for the money spent.

Hotel price was very reasonable and very clean, right near everything you need.

Hotel staff friendly, only thing was the hotel was remodel yet still could use few updates. Overall was good for money paid, it was overnight for church stay.

Very clean, great location. Right off 95 north or south. Near gas stations Walmart and various eateries.

Carpets need deep cleaning were nasty, however vary friendly staff, and could have used upgrade on breakfast selection. However, they have a dinner facilities next door.
