Room was very cramped and run down bugs in the room and not very clean at all there was old hair on everything, we were in the pool and the light fell out while my children were swimming and it was powered on at the time, leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of people up late staying there. The staff was very friendly, but that only goes so far.

the room was just ok. nice enough to sleep in. brought my own blacket and slept on top of the sheets. the towels were a bit "flakey". they would leave little white fuzzball on things.

The staff was accommodating. The rooms were cleaned daily, but I wouldn’t say spotless. The beding was old and the beds were not compfy. The office stafff on the other hand were very rude at times and were not accommodating as far as being helpful with a rebooking at not just one it seemed to be entire staff. If you were late they blatantly told you you would be banned from there hotel. Where most hotels I’ve gone to have always been very accommodating with helping with your staying over . These folks were not interested in your rent-booking and staying additional al time . They seemed to care less! Maybe because they have dealt with so many homeless people since pandemic. They have lots of homeLess people all around the hotel all the time scary
