The entire room smelled like paint, toilet wasn’t working initially, and no sponge to wash dishes . Felt very unhealthy sleeping the night but couldn’t get another place so late after arrival.

My stay was very bad. The hotel was very dirty from the outside and very stinky inside. The hotel was being renovated and no one told me. I have been to the one in Chula Vista and it was nothing compare to the one I stayed at by Disneyland. It was a very bad experience.

The room was in good condition however because you guys are renovating we had cockroaches on the curtains and the bathroom sink area. We’ve already talked to customer service about it. They credited us back $25 or $50 for the car parking other than that it was a good room

Went to celebrate my birthday and I found staff to be very sweet! Especially the front desk team members! The room was very clean! We got the fourth floor. The only reason I’m giving this hotel a 4 was because of the breakfast. It was very cold, and lowkey disgusting. But super cute hotel!

The Front desk gal was super friendly. The room was okay carpets we're clean the kitchen was nice. The hot water for the shower took about 15 minutes to get warm I wanted it hot and that didn't happen.
