This was our first time staying at Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim for one of our many regular trips to the parks. Our stay was without a doubt one of the best we’ve ever had in the area. We were traveling with family and everyone was very comfortable. The parking lot is not the best but the rooms definitely make up for it. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice tub! This is definitely going on the list of places to come back to, overall we were very satisfied and impressed with our stay.

The room was clean but def need a remodeling. And on night 2, I looked at the shower curtain and noticed that there was blue toothpaste on the curtain. I almost blamed my daughter and realized our toothpaste was white…needless to say, it clearly hadn’t been washed. Also the water pressure was terrible! Everything else was okay.

stayed at this hotel over the weekend for my birhtday and, although I had a small issue in my room, the staff went above and beyond to take care of it right away. They were extremely kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. Mistakes and issues can happen anywhere, but the way the team handled it showed their true commitment to great customer service. I really appreciated their help and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Not as close to Toy Story Parking lot as I thought, so I drove. Which was perfectly fine. Lots of restaurants around if you don’t want to eat in the parks or aren’t going to parks, and an ice cream shop too. The bathroom and room were super clean and one of the first hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile with no stray hairs in the shower. The bed was really comfortable, and lots of pillow choices. I would definitely stay here again.
