The hotel itself was very nice and the customer service was great! the breakfast was amazing too .but for how much we paid to stay there, it was a little disappointing that two of the elevators weren't working which made the wait really long. Also, the shower water kept going from warm to cold and back again- pretty annoying other than that ,Everything was great.

Check in was an easy process. The guy was great, however they didn’t let us know that the washers and dryers were broken. The four days that we were there they weren’t available. Out of 4 elevators one was out of order, one sounded like it was metal on metal and only two were in working order.

Shower water was boiling hot, it was very uncomfortable and difficult to shower properly with the water not being able to be set on a cooler setting. Conditioner was completely out, seems they didn’t bother to restock it before our arrival.
