Aside from checking in itself - one person at 5:30 with a line forming outside the door, things were good! Breakfast, great room. Easy parking (but narrow lanes). A great base to do local things.

I had two switch rooms twice separate reservations. Toilets clogged down our hall ac didn’t work in two rooms. A fire alarm went off no fire no customer service from front desk I got my room around 3 and had to switch rooms got it around 630 and couldn’t get a late check out I will never stay here again

The room was great, albeit we did have 3 minor issues. One was, two of our dresser drawers were not able to be used. The shower handle did come off, but could easily be placed back, and the air conditioning didn't quite cool the room as fast. Other than that, it's location, ease of transportation options, and friendly staff were great.
