From check in to check out my experience was awsome. The staff is very friendly & kind. The breakfast was fresh, delicious & cooked right in front of you. The best part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. I highly recommend staying at embassy suits.

I stayed at this hotel for my family vacation to Disneyland and it was the most convenient as they offer the Art disney bus for just 12 dollars for the entire day which takes you and brings you from Disneyland. Breakfast was included buffet style and it was delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Great except, Weird bubbling sound from toilet.

Loved everything about this place. Our only complaint was (for whatever reason) the toilet would make a loud bubbling sound every so often. That sound radiates through the whole suite and will wake you up. Definitely bring a speaker to play some white noise or waves to cancel that out. Parking lot could have larger parking spaces (crammed). Room 209 Other than that… it was great and we do plan on coming back specifically to this Hotel.

The room was clean for the most part. I saw rings on the countertops in the bedroom where cups had been. The decor is a little outdated but otherwise very nice. The community areas felt a little warm and humid so we stayed in our room or the pool mostly. The pool area did smell like pee by the chairs in a couple sections though

Overall good stay. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was wonderful. The cons… one of the elevators got stuck while we were in it. Luckily there was a service man who had just got off the elevator who let us out. Our bed had these metal things sticking out and we kept kicking our shins on them. There was no way of moving the mattress or box spring to avoid it. Our tub didn’t drain so while showering we would be in ankle deep water. & finally, there was trash outside our room when we went to check in.
