From check in to check out my experience was awsome. The staff is very friendly & kind. The breakfast was fresh, delicious & cooked right in front of you. The best part was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. I highly recommend staying at embassy suits.

Nice and quiet. Very kind staff. Convenient access to ART. Early breakfast. The shampoo was empty except for a little watered down stuff at the bottom of the bottle, so bring some just in case. But I’d stay there again

The staff was amazing and very attentive. The room had a few signs of age which wouldn't have bothered me but it was finding several hairs in the bathroom and on the furniture that was a turn off. That said, I was comfy and happy until I realized as the night went on that the main bedroom had no AC working. The living room was nice and chilly but the bedroom was stifling. The front desk was able to walk me through some troubleshooting but that had no success. Fortunately they sent up a fan and that made the night bearable. Breakfast was alright; certainly can't complain since it's included and I saved money on that front. TLDR: Aging room with a bad AC but hotel staff saved the day with providing a fan and excellent service.

Vey clean. Breakfast is good! Great staff! First night slept a bit uncomfortable mattress was a bit thin(sofa bed) talked to front desk lady just apologized. Asked housekeeper and she was better help than the front desk lady. ( they gave us a better mattress)So better second night.
