Love the bedroom layouts
Front desk is not friendly
For the price is was great. However it was outdated and the pullout sofa bed had a mattress maybe an inch think. The girls had to use the actually couch pillows underneath or they could feel the rods in their backs. And there were not any blankets for it, had to ask and got an old one. This was for the king suite. Other then that, the staff was incredibly kind but wish there was some better type of transportation to/from Disneyland, like a hotel shuttle that other hotels nearby offer

We needed a wheelchair accessible room this time and the roll in shower was perfect! All of the staff was amazing, as always!
Laundry room was dirty. Need a soap dispenser for purchase and a sink to wash hands.

Disappointed with having to pay for parking, internet, and no housekeeping or complimentary breakfast.
The shower temperature was not great. When you raised it to the hottest setting it was luke warm and would stay warm for a minute or two then turn cold. Then after another minute or two go back to luke warm. The bedroom TV did not work and the bathroom sink was clogged. When we told the front desk at check out she offered $10 off the parking fee. It wasn't much but it was something for the inconvenience of having to bathe my kids in cold water.
Room was spacious but the cleanliness in/around hotel was not satisfactory. Hotel location is convenient, parking is expensive, very few amenities and room service. The most annoying thing was picking up towels from front desk each day, every day and wait was quite long.
I used to love the hotel, but it was old, dirty and worn down. It was disgusting and I will never stay here again! A total waste of money.
My daughter left her nintento switch there in room 415, called them to go check, they said there was only a sweater and some shampoo, called the next day ,this time they said there was only shampoo. Seems fishy to me
Most of the furnishings were outdated, could use some sprucing up. There were old stains on the carpet and sofa in the room we stayed in. We just flipping the cushions over. The rooms are generally quiet until you have a neighbor then you notice how thin they are. Thankfully, the kids didn't notice a simply had fun
If you want to extend a day, don’t call, don’t go to the front desk. You have to go to their website. $20 a day for parking. Parking lot is filthy, trash everywhere. They had some yellow posts that makes it hard to maneuver. $25 a day for internet, unless you’re some special club member. Love the Star Bucks. Love the bar. Love the lounge. Love the house cleaners. Love the front desk.
Not what I expected from a Marriot hotel. Very average rooms and outside was dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful.
