The condition of the room was unhygienic. There was a dying cockroach on the floor and stains on the carpet. The front desk couldn’t care less. They did not apologize or offer to help in anyway. What’s worse they have refused to give me a refund. Expedia has made many attempts to obtain a refund and they can’t be reached. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

After getting back late from Disney and check in we encountered in the first room at the bed head board a small roach and also roach in the bathroom so they got us another room and that room we encountered hairs under the sheets so then we went to a 3rd room we encountered bed bugs so we decided to get another hotel at 1am im the morning We will be wanting full credit please contact us so we can send a claim. This hotel delta is unsanitize
