Staffs are mostly unprofessional, except for the gentleman working early in the morning. Here's why: 1. No zero respect to elderly person. 2. Throwing their verbal out as short as possible, uncaring others comprehend or not. 3. Attitude as "I'm working minimum wage here, I careless about this stupid job" 4. Verifying information 3 times that made me walking to my vehicle 3 times. Why not telling the first time all the items that I need for your verification... I never want to see that receptionist/border patrol again.
