We were skeptical but, "WOW", great experience. My son says this is one of the nicest hotels he has stayed in so far. Agree. great place. Breakfast wonderful. Room very nice. You will enjoy this place.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was wonderful. The hotel seemed updated, but not in the best shape. Our room could've been cleaner and the carpet in the hallway looked updated, but already well-worn. The light from under our door was very bright and it was easy to hear what was going on in the halls.

Nice hotel newly remodeled. Only thing we weren't to happy about was the hotels pool will not be complete for a year is what we were told. As much as we paid for our room the pool area should have been available. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Was everything we expected. Served our weekend needs. Great breakfast!

I reserved this room for my wife, her mother, sister and a friend. All four ladies were very saitisfied. So if you can make four when haloyball together something is right!

Spa and pool not yet operational. Extensive upgrades to the hotel but not yet complete. Once done I believe it will be an excellent place to stay as the location is excellent and beds are super comfortable. Continental breakfast. Great views of the mountains and downtown. Check out was a breeze.

The hotel is newly remodeled however all the windows leaked and had towels in the window sills.

Great experience, staff was friendly, room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable

Love this hotel! In the heart of downtown Hot Springs!

A fine base from which to explore this quirky town, with the National Park System's odd child of the system's legacy. The town is a must-see for Park collectors, mountain-extreme collectors (this IS the lesser extreme), Americanologists, geology buffs! The hotel is a comfortable walk to the NPS visitor center (and even closer to the municipal visitor center. Know that most people "do" this National Park just by visiting the pleasant Bathhouse Row, within which is the Fordyce Vis. Ctr. Know too, that you SHOULD WALK the few blocks of this district AND the parallel path, the beautiful brick promenade just above. The friendly CONCIERGE (!) is happy to drive you the couple of blocks from hotel to Promenade or Visitor Center. But Hotel Hot Springs is right on the south edge of the walkable area, and a short stroll. Good cont. breakfast, outdoor patio! Only detriment was the bar was hijacked by karaoke our arrival night. Oh well. Just occasionally. The area works great for sunny pleasant indoor-outdoor breakfast.
