Was nice to be able to walk to the race. Check in and out was easy.

I was in an end room, which was nice and spacious. The bed only had a light weight comforter and the heater wasn't turned on. Housekeeping brought a blanket when requested. The bathroom sink and counter wasn't clean, so I cleaned and sanitized it myself. The hotel is across the street from the race track and that was convenient. There are 2 or 3 bars within walking distance, but not restaurants. The staff were helpful and courteous. I would stay here again, but not when the race track is in full swing. Without a back or side street entry point, it would be difficult to get in and out of the parking lot when the races are going on.

Positives: The room was clean beds were comfy. The breakfast was above average. The staff member running the breakfast was exceptionally gifted with hospitality. Negatives: Remote in room did not work. We exchanged it the next day. The maid came to clean room while we were still there. She never returned once we left for the day. We had VERY NOISY neighbors next to us. They loitered and were drinking outside before we went to bed and they continued to party and bang our joining wall keeping my elderly mother awake most of the night. Mom was afraid to complain since they were drinking so we waited till the next day to tell the staff. We were told that we should have notified them in the middle of the night and they would have moved US to a new room! I told them we would not have wanted to move all our things for our weekend stay in the middle of the night!! The second night was better or else we were too tired from our lack of sleep to hear anything from the neighbors the second night. We would never stay here again.

Nice place to spend your Honeymoon. Plenty of sights to see and a lot to do.

Donna was wonderful and so was LeAnn. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The area was good and close to everything.

Close to nice section of town, and casino is basically across the street. Nice rooms, clean and great bed! Will visit again.

Nice clean rooms, VERY helpful staff. Good experience.

every thing was great except they didn't have lotion , and I forgot mind but over all it was a good trip.

Maybe my opinion is bias because we spent the two prior days in tiny towns with run-down buildings serving as motels, but this Best Western was awesome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was huge and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is on the main road in town so you're close to many restaurants and the historic district.

Room and bathroom were clean. Pretty close to the historic district. Free hot breakfast but get there early - it gets busy quickly. Recommend for a short stay.

Room was clean and comfortable . Staff was great. Just a little outside of down town.

I was looking for a place to stay before camping in the nearby Ouachita National Forest, and this hotel served just fine. It seems more useful for people interested in the racing track, which is right across the street. In fact, staff seemed surprised that three young men were splitting the room. In any case, staff was friendly and everything was clean. Also appreciated that staff did not kick us out of the pool past posted closing times, and turned a blind eye toward our beverages :)

Not that good as regular Best Wetern, and the amendity is just ok, when I stay here I missed Best Western Plus a lot.

Very nice staff and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was very convenient to the race track.

Good location,helpful staff,Clean &comfortable room,Good hot b'fast. Would stay again and recomend.

Staff was easy tonwork with and hotel is centrally located. Room was alright with musty smell.

I was disappointed when I checked in. I had requested downstairs and it was on my confirmation. However, the hotel said they didn't get the request and didn't have a room downstairs. I have trouble with my knees and had to walk up and down steps several times during our stay. The hotel didn't offer any kind of adjustment for the error.

Hotel was over priced, smoking room was smelly, room was small. Bed was ok and breakfast was good. Overall I was unhappy with the way the reservation was arranged.

It was in a good location, we got a room in the back where it was quite. the breakfast was excellent. they had a good amount of flyers and maps of places to see.

I have stayed here a few times and it is a perfect place to stay if you are going to the horse races. There is a decent hot breakfast buffet. All of the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge, microwave, and safe. I will stay here again when I get back to Hot Springs!
