the ballet parking and the miner water spa is added bonus, otherwise the property is old and run down..needs remodelling..The staff was o.k but there were one or two not qualified to be in the hospitality service.. the Friday night bar situations was nothing but chaos, and the band was the worse ban I have ever heard in my entire life, I had to leave, and not coming back, also let ta day early...and no refund on the prepaid room, even if I left early morning..They could have refunded the day I did not stay. I am not coming back.

Thank you

very poor service/ free parking is now a charge of 18.00

The Arlington is historical but the upkeep is horrible. They need to make sure the room is prepared well enough for guests BEFORE they arrive. Despite the COVID situation, our room wasn't very clean upon arriving. The ceiling had stains and was even falling apart and was on the carpet. Our shower was clogged and we're thinking that the bed had bed bugs. We asked them to change the sheets however we still got bit by something so we're assuming we were dealing w/bed bugs.

The "non-smoking" floor smelled bad of cigarettes. The hotel needs a remodel.. rooms are kinda outdated for the price. Some paint falling in the lobby. Hardly any outlets in the room and the TV signal was terrible. Checkin was easy, parking should be onsite and included in the cost. The bar and pool close at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night??! Highlight was the location of the hotel.

I love the historical feel and the staff was so friendly. Great location of course. The room was clean and comfortable. I think you should have a minifridge in each room though. With so many places to eat on bath house row its a shame to not have a little fridge for left overs. My biggest concern is how old, not dated, but old the rooms are. Cracking and peeling door frames. The wall behind the mirror in the bathroom was crumbling and leaving bits all over the sink. The windows look bad. The closets are worse. Tile popping up in the bathrooms. You get the idea. Keep the esthetic but fix these before there are even bigger problems down the road.

The property is definitely historic but in need of major repairs. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Perfect location for walking around downtown.

Very old property with great character. Extra charges at checkin that we’re not stated in ad

Good location, glimpse into yesteryear and archetechtural splendor.

In the last year the hotel has turned itself around in the right direction, it cleaner, the staff is so much better and the rooms are being updated.

The staff was awesome, loved getting room service by the pool!

The hotel is beautiful and so much history here. Wish they would update rooms and was it was cleaner. My friend found a cockroach frozen in the ice machine.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The Arlington is an extremely old hotel that needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. We saw a cockroach as soon as we walked into our room. We immediately informed the front desk staff and received no apology. When returning two hours later, another cockroach was in our room. It was disgusting. We slept terrible and moved hotels.

The historic building was positioned in the most convenient spot in downtown Hot Springs. The only thing I could not get past was how disgusting the shower was. Mold on the walls and floor, had to line my whole bathroom with talks to feel ok to walk.

Right down town . Close to everything.Hotel could use some updates.
