Perfect hotel experience! Comfortable beds. Spotless room. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast every day. We stayed in a room with stove, fridge and microwave so we saved lots of money that we would have spent dining out. There's really only one thing more I could have asked. There is one ice machine only and it's on the ground floor. Not sure why many of the new hotels are doing this. Evidently it costs them a fortune to have ice machines on every floor like the customers expect. A minor inconvenience but I'm trying to be completely honest and objective with this review.

We stopped for the night on our way to Alabama. Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Quiet, easy parking and walkable to stores/restaurants. Wished we would have planned longer in Hot Springs. Nice area with lakes

The staff was outstanding. Billy Arberry (not sure of last name), Breakfast Lady, and daytime front staff. Billy was not only outstanding, he was helpful in any and all issues. He deserves the highest recommendation I could ever give to any individual.

Not sure how I feel

I had no idea until I arrived that I had to pay 100.00 non refundable fee for a 7 pound pom chi. Gentleman that checked me in was an awesome employee. Motel is lucky to have him. The room was wonderful up until I went to shower. The shower itself had long hair all on walls and tub itself. And it looked like maybe a lil mold growing or just possibly needed to be cleaned better or it’s from age. But better long hair that pubic hair!!
