The room was mainly for overnight sleep when we visited Hot Springs. There was some technical issues with online booking via Orbitz (Expedia), but the manager was able to sort it out. He gave us a jacuzzi room and it turned out quite nice. Amenities was better and room looked newer than expected, mattress was very firm, there was no window in jacuzzi room so we slept so well all the way till 8am and still thought it was 5am. Breakfast was ok (saved us time), we paid for the pool table but some balls were missing, plus there was not enough room to move around the table comfortably. Driving to central Hot Springs takes 7' (Magic Spring park is on the way). Overall it was well worth it.

your staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate all my needs the room was exceptionally clean extremely comfortable we were unbothered area was quietmy favorite hotel in Hot Springs

key didn't work in door. 2 trips to office then they just gave me a master key.. room was really dated as in the 80's. sorry but will not return..

Priced right for the value. Loud road that only quiets down after 3am, paper thin walls, horrible bed, and smoke in the nonsmoking room. It was about what an experienced traveler would expect for a cheap room in a resort town. We Arrived late and left early so it was ok. I would not recommend spending much time there.

This hotel served our purpose. We wanted a place close to Magic Springs, and we got it. The air conditioner was the only issue, as it didn't get the room as cool as desired in a timely fashion. Although, it was an end room, and it was a hot day in Arkansas. But we enjoyed our quality time away, and will do it again.

It was an alright stay. If your on a tight budget, I'd recommend this one and going to the breakfast that's included.

Found this to be central to most attractions and had a good outlook. Good value for money.

Very nice and clean, just a little noisy. Could hear everything going on in other rooms around us.

The room was very large the bed was pretty worn, the TV was tiny. While there was plenty of very hot water, every time someone in the building used water the shower water would come out scalding hot. The bkfst was typical sweetrolls, toast, cereal, coffee and orange drink. The Wi-Fi was mostly non-existent and when it worked it was slooooooow, made me wish for dial up. However it is located in the backyard of Magic Springs theme park, and close to the hot springs.

The Desk staff had to work hard to overcome the Manager's rudeness. Manager was rude and down right nasty. Bystanders came to us asking what his problem was. Give credit to the staff on duty, they did what they could to mantain professionalism but... The showers came out slow but that's ok becouse it gave you a chance to get out of the way from being burned then froze one after another and back. Parking was much to be desired. They say continental breakfast well, that may be a streach.

this is a neat little place up on a hill its always clean its not anything fancy but for the price and location (its the nearest hotel to magic springs) its always our plave to go for the weekend . washer and dyers r in the vending area with ice machine it just has its own little touch that makes u keep coming back

Nothing special. It was clean, cheap and available when we needed it.

I was there for the bike rally and for the money I like what I get. This was my second year to stay at this particular place and I will be back.

Had problems getting clean towels. Rails on stairs and around the pool had rust spots. Air conditioner didn't adequately cool the room, had to sleep on top of the covers to get comfortable. Never could get the in-room internet to connect. Next trip to Hot Springs, my wife and I will stay elsewhere.

We booked a room with a jakuzi to get a dirty room with giant roaches in the trash can. The tv was a small 20 inch and wasn't on a stand high enough to see off the bed. The bed was comfy though. It was very hot outside but no pool was open. All together, I won't be staying there again!

This hotel was wonderful for the price. The breakfast wasn't big but was still good. Had to contact Orbitz to straighten out problems with hotel trying to re-bill me but was quickly resolved and had a wonderful stay. Had a balcony on the room and it was nice to just sit and relax. Would stay at again.

Our goal was to give my granddaughter a fun experience before starting back to school. This hotel was really nice for the price; very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Hot Springs Observation Tower and T-Rex indoor mini-golf. We also had a good experience at the Mid-America Museum.

It was a pretty good deal, not the utmost in luxury, but for the money what would you expect. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at KInights Inn. It was a short drive from town. The clerk at the desk was very nice in trying to help us find our way around town.

Awful!!! Disgusting!!! Hair on our sheets, bath tub wouldn't drain toliet wouldn't flush!! Disgusting!!
