I was shocked that the room as so old and nothing had been painted ever, paint falling off the doors, the chair I sat in at the table started to break from age and use, the sink was held up with an unpainted 1x4. The large dog next door barked into the night, around 3:00 in the morning the room next door opened the door between the rooms on their side and was trying to open mine and totally freaked me out that someone was entering my room, didn’t sleep a wink with all the noise, dog barking and someone trying to enter my room. Worst stay of my life

The woman at the desk & the cleaning staff were great! The rooms however are ridiculous. Blatant black fuzzy mold on the walls, the faucet in the tub was falling out of the wall, the buttons on the heater were broken, the peep hole had no glass or anything. Just a piece of tissue stuck in it!! The door to the balcony had a tiny latch on the bottom of it and that’s all that kept it locked. If someone had wanted to come in it wouldn’t have taken much at all to yank it open. There was also no deadbolt on the main door. No smoke detectors. I realize you get what you pay for, but I honestly don’t know how this place is even allowed to be operating. Given the condition of the place having to pay extra each night for a 15lb support dog seemed ridiculous. Smoking room, yet no ashtrays. No phone in the room. We stayed there once about five years ago and it wasn’t a palace then, but it has really gone downhill in that time.

Room was super clean. Smelled like artificial air freshener, but after airing out the room it was fine. Staff was kind. Aging property, but nice. Heater good, consistent, not noisy, bed comfy, fridge n microwave worked well.
