I booked a King bed, smoking room 7 months in advance. Confirmed the day before that we would be there. We show up to find they gave our room type to someone else. Instead, we got a double sized bed in a smoking room. Why even book the specific room type if it doesn't mean a thing? Disappointed.

Excellent breakfast bar!!! The staff were very pleasant and helpful!! The room air conditioner and toilet did not work well-had trouble with some of the other room amenities such as the closet door not closing .

Excellent Hotel. Excellent Food. Excellent Spa. Unfortunately there was a Cheerleader conference next door and there were 500 cheerleaders from 5 to 18 years old in the lobby at almost any time.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast is good and yo get wine and drinks complementary in the evening.

The room was spacious, convenient and safe. The bed was very comfortable

Always an awesome experience here everything was great room was a little pricey but always a great stay

very nice hotel near the main tourist area in town. everybody was so friendly. love the afternoon reception. will stay again

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight getaway. Because of the weather we didn't leave the hotel for dinner. Had a great meal with great service in the restaurant. I enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. Capped off the trip with complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff and great room!

Stayed here for one night because I was in Hot Springs for a wedding. I've stayed at this location several times before. In my opinion, it's the best place to stay in Hot Springs. Nice people, nice rooms, free parking, free (and good) breakfast. I've stayed here many times and never had a significant problem.

The cost of the room was not comparable to the condition of the room. The carpet was stained, the chairs were stained, it smelled musty. The font desk staff were rude when we asked for more towels and washcloths. I would not stay there again.

Was not mentioned that they had booked practicly the entire motel for a cheerleading competition being held next door. This was ment to be a romantic weekend for our 25th wedding anniversary. Instead was interrupted by hundreds of screaming girls ages 6-15 years old. Knocking on our door at all hours. Was not the get away we had planned. Did learn a valuable lesson. Don't book a motel 3rd party so questions may be asked as to what activities the motel has planned!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a welcome treat as well as the evening drinks. Overall very relaxing.

I had a great time! Nice room. Awesome hot breakfast, happy hour, and bar keeps. Spa was a bit over priced for services but was a great experience. Thanks for the great weekend!!!!!

very clean, very peaceful, free drinks at happy hour, free nice breakfast, good room service, very similar to an all inclusive resort with out being all inclusive, I highly recommend this hotel!

This was my first experience w/Embassy Suites in Hot Springs. I was completely satisfied. I have stayed at several hotels and cabins in Hot Springs in the past, but Embassy Suites in now my preferred lodging whenever I'm in Hot Spring! Thanks!

Excellent hotel and location! The beds are comfortable! Cocktail hour is wonderful and the complimentary breakfast is excellent!

This is a very good hotel and provided a pleasant stay. However, there were a few major irritations that marred the experience. The front staff was very light and caused us delays in getting help. The concierge function was not very knowledgeable about restaurants. The "high speed" internet access is an additonal charge and is half the speed of 3G. The cost of music in the room is outrageous, $15 for 2 hours, more expensive than movies, I think. Room service is available, but not for breakfast, and it is not speedy. An appetizer took over 30 minutes to be delivered.

We have made several trips to Hot Springs since our daughter and granddaughter moved to Arlington, TX. It is a good place to meet halfway. We always stay at the Embassy and we have always been delighted with every aspect. It is refreshing to find a company that values its employees. I say this because every person who works there, from the desk clerk to the manager to the cook who made my omelet, is very friendly and polite. You are missing a treat if you stay anywhere else!

My stay at Embassy suites started off a tad rocky as I was first given a smoking room ( I do not smoke) but this was quickly corrected when I returned to the reception area. I was given another room but when I opened the door to this room it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. At this point I called from the room and a very apologetic clerk came with another room key....personally checked the new room and after several apologies presented me with a complimentary voucher for the hotel restaurant. From that point on the treatment was what I had come to expect....first rate. the staff was extremely friendly and always greeted me with a hello, good morning or may I help you. I would especially like to single out the staff serving the morning breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never been disappointed.

We made a quick weekend trip to Hot Springs combining work and pleasure. I chose the Embassy Suites because of its convenient location to downtown Hot Springs and the restaurants, shops, art galleries and the famous bath houses. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was quite. The hot breakfast was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and my wife was happy with the fitness facility. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.
