Extremely nice hotel--we enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was excellent but wish there was a bit more variety--we stayed 3 nights and would have enjoyed something different. My husband wanted oatmeal and there wasn't any. The room was nice and comfortable. A few upgrades would have made it nicer including one of the beds--it rolled left . If you want to be in the downtown area this is the hotel for you. Wish I could have given this hotel 4 1/2 stars because the few things that could be improved really weren't deal breakers--would stay again.

The property is a typical Embassy Suites, which we like. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the bathroom in our suite. There was mold/dirt on the grout of the floor and shower and mold on the shower curtain. I let the hotel management know and hopefully the bathroom is now sparkling.

Was within walking distance of the national park. Very convenient location. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff was very helpful and the amenities were nice. Room lighting seemed dim and the bathroom faucet was way overdue for replacement.

Overall a nice hotel - good location and easy check in. The evening social time and then dinner was good. The only real negative was the lack of attention to the pool area. It was quite busy and I took my kids to the pool twice - both times there were no pool towels to use. On the first visit I went to the front desk and asked and they had housekeeping deliver towels. On the second visit again there were no towels, I again went to the front desk and asked - but this time no towels ever showed up, so my kids walked from the pool to our 9th floor room dripping wet the entire way.

The location of this hotel was great! It also offers a complimentary breakfast, although during covid, items laying out on a buffet don’t feel safe.

It was a beautiful hotel. wonderful happy hour and breakfast. the shower head was broke but someone came and fixed it.

The customer service was great, I love how detailed they are

The staff was helpful. Several staff members did not wear face coverings, one had a cold and was very congested. The rooms need a total overhaul. Carpets were terrible in the room. The shower curtains, window curtains and the bathroom door handle had what I pray to God was chocolate on them. Just made me feel like door handles weren’t cleaned well between guests. For the price and brand name I expected cleanliness to be better. I have stayed in low budget hotels that were better.

The was great the front desk good the people service food did not ask for ID until they got to me and my wife that was no ok not very happy about that we are black the people that was white they did not ask for ID

This hotel was AWESOME!!! The staff was excellent!!! It does need updating, but other than that...we WILL RESERVE AGAIN!!! We enjoyed our STAY SOOO MUCH!!!

Very nice, well lite and all within walking distance.
