They had air conditioning issues, employees advising to come back at 3:00 for check in (but being told by other employees check in was at 4:00) and no hot water in the shower the last morning. They made things right by waiving some fees to help ease the pain. We will stay again.

30 mins to check in standing in line with no air conditioning was crazy. Noticed when checking out that there was drink coupons I didn’t know about. Lady at desk was friendly and room was clean. Wish indoor pool wouldn’t have been cold.

Poor Service

The air did not work properly. It was hot in the room and we did not have enough towels. One of the hotel's staff said they were washing the towels. They ran out of breakfast before 8:30am and the breakfast buffet was very dirty. The staff were not cleaning it during breakfast. There were not enough portable carts to check out or check in. Very poor service, but the staff were nice.

One of our two rooms that was reserved. Wasn’t ready when we arrived during check-in.then when we got our room, the bathroom toilet was broken and was not clean. There was quite a bit of hair and dirt on the floor had the staff clean the restroom they would’ve uncovered the broken toilet the air conditioner barely worked in the room, Breakfast service was an hour long because they didn’t have enough staff to handle the capacity that they had at the hotel. their laundry service dryer was broken, and I was unable to do laundry. They did not offer laundry soap for purchase nor did they have coin for their laundry service When I went to share my feedback as I checked out with guest service member, Mo, she was very rude to me. And acted as if I inconvenienced her by sharing my feedback.

Great time!

We booked through Expedia and the reservations we mixed up. The front desk was more than accommodating. Friendly, kind, efficient, and professional! The room was excellent and the view was spectacular! All in all, a wonderful stay!

The only problem we had was parking. There are not enough handicap parking spots for those in need of closeness. No valet parking. Otherwise, things were good. Thank you.

We booked a king bed room. We got our keys and went to the room. It was a dounle queen and the beds were all stripped down and not made. They told us that Expedia booked the wrong room for us when I showed them the receipt from expedia, they said well they messed up the booking with is. They moved us to a room that was ready...a double queen once again. That room was clean and resdy

I hate to leave the hotel a low rating but kids literally ran around all night long! At 2:30 am my husband finally hollered at them to go to bed but they didn’t stop. We talked to numerous other guests who had the same problem! The kids finally went to bed around 4:30 and by then we were so irritated that we just got up and packed our stuff! So I give the hotel 5 stars but the kids on the fourth floor a 0 for no raising or supervision!
