Room was Clean. Front desk was nice. We stayed in room 306. We notified the front desk of the constant stomping and running up above us. Front desk said he TRIED to contact the room and wasn’t able too, but said he never knocked on the door. We had to get up out of bed, get dressed and go down to front desk 2 hours later, at 11:50 pm. The loud noise above our room persisted and was even louder. Front deck gave us another room, although it was annoying that we had to move our stuff from one floor to another at midnight after driving for 9 hours. All we wanted was to sleep. My husband and I feel like the staff should have and could have done more to control the other guest.

The room was nice and clean. A microwave in the room would've been nice. Breakfast was good. The location is super convenient, with a cinema right next door and an outlet mall and restaurants close by.
