Hotel placed. $150 hold on my account after saying it would only be $50... supervisor couldn’t explain why there system made the mistake .. he was not apologetic about anything! Not very good customer service! Probably won’t be back to this property!

I apologize that the cleaning standards during Covid were not relayed to you during your stay. We will resume full refreshing of rooms after the 26th but until then offer refresh only upon request.
