Outdate, Smells old, no room amenities. Pool uncleanliness

During Covid-19 crisis, went out of their way to make me feel safe

Didn't take advantage of most amenities. DirecTV didn't carry USC-ND game of NBC.

You charged me for a suite with a bathtub. They don’t have suites with bathtubs. So, they gave me a regular room with a tub. There is no way to watch a movie in the rooms. I couldn’t even get a google chrome cast to work. We ordered room service. It came 2 hours late it wasn’t edible. The next night room service didn’t answer the phone. I need a refund!!!

This hotel is located on the river walk and it’s absolutely perfect for traveling with kids! Lots of parks, splash pads the Discovery museum!

The employees and service were all great. The room was clean. Note that parking is $14/day in the attached garage. Our only complaint was the restaurant in the hotel was mediocre and prices were high. We'd go back to the hotel, but eat elsewhere next time.

Nice balcony view, room service not great- food was alright and missing sides included in the menu. They also had trouble getting topics to match the order.

The room was very spacious but there was blood splatter on the curtain

I was very upset with the Shuttle service but the room was worse. The room smelled and the air conditioner was very loud causing sleep loss...I hope the rooms in Memphis are better.

We did enjoy our stay in the hotel last weekend. We did have to wait to check in because I had requested the concierge floor. We had about a 35 minute wait. We were tired and my husband went to sleep in a chair in the lobby. Our room was nice but we had trouble getting the temperature warm enough. We were not in the room but at night and did not call down for help. The garage stamping checking in and out could be better but understand the problem. We do enjoy being at this hotel when we visit our family in Little Rock.

My overall stay was really good. Room service was great! The elevators were the only issue. Just took longer than normal to get up and down, but it may have been a busy week for downtown.

The hotel was clean and staff was great. It is located next to the original state capital which you can tour free and has some cool movie props and historical items. Within a five minute walk are several places to eat.

For the prices charged this hotel is pretty worn out. Furniture was scuffed with broken handles, television did not work, AC rattled like a busted steam engine, found someone's mascara brush under the shower curtain, restaurant/room service very limited.

not that great. Elevators are terrible. Showers are very tiny and I'm not even that big.

The hotel was really nice with great location. I would say it is little pricey for central Arkansas.
