DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We did enjoy our stay in the hotel last weekend. We did have to wait to check in because I had requested the concierge floor. We had about a 35 minute wait. We were tired and my husband went to sleep in a chair in the lobby. Our room was nice but we had trouble getting the temperature warm enough. We were not in the room but at night and did not call down for help. The garage stamping checking in and out could be better but understand the problem. We do enjoy being at this hotel when we visit our family in Little Rock.

My overall stay was really good. Room service was great! The elevators were the only issue. Just took longer than normal to get up and down, but it may have been a busy week for downtown.

The hotel was clean and staff was great. It is located next to the original state capital which you can tour free and has some cool movie props and historical items. Within a five minute walk are several places to eat.

For the prices charged this hotel is pretty worn out. Furniture was scuffed with broken handles, television did not work, AC rattled like a busted steam engine, found someone's mascara brush under the shower curtain, restaurant/room service very limited.

not that great. Elevators are terrible. Showers are very tiny and I'm not even that big.

The hotel was really nice with great location. I would say it is little pricey for central Arkansas.

The room was clean and smelled really good. Had a great view of the city. The only negative was I parked in the parking garage and when we left the front desk didn't stamp my parking ticket, so had to go back inside to get that done when we were on our way out.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean for the most part. Room service was very quick but the food was average at best.

Staff is not the nicest. Some are but some have attitude. Unorganized and hotel is in need of better management

The hotel was easy to find, right @ the edge of the River Market District in downtown Little Rock, near the Clinton Library. It's very easy to walk just 2 blocks from the hotel, and be in the shopping/eating/music area if the River Market area. You can take a shuttle from this area down the street to the Clinton Library, and then get shuttled back to the River Market. Parking in the hotel underground garage was a snap. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the beds were great. Really good coffee for the coffee pot in the room too. Only problem was they ran out of morning newspapers too soon! Would definately book there again.

I was in town on business, and just had to stay at the hotel for one night. While I was there, I had a great time. The room was very nice, and the hotel staff even helped me get some special requests taken care of.

It wasn't nice as the photos online, the bed was too small.

Good experience at the hotel. We absolutely loved the view from our room but the room needed some updating/small improvements - lamp shades that were obviously worn, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean but the pillows were small and I didn't like them. They provided shuttle service to the concert that we were in town for which was extremely helpful. We had to pay to park in the hotel parking garage which made no sense to us as we already paid for our room and were patrons of the hotel. If we chose not to park in the garage, there was no where else within walking distance to park. This was a huge issue and we would actually think twice about staying at the Doubletree again just because of this extra inconvenient and ridiculous charge.

Nice location near river walk with eateries nearby. One of the nicest stays in little rock.

the beds are mostly comfy and the rooms are quiet.

Room was great, staff was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

overall good, a few problems. At check in noticed the bathtub was not clean (dirty with several strands of hair), but housekeeping came quickly and cleaned it to my satisfaction. The dining room provided some of the slowest food service I've ever experienced. Was there for a conference and given an hour for lunch, each day it took at least 40 to 45 minutes from time of order until food arrived.

The hotel is located in downtown and very affordable. The staff is great and the location is in a perfect place to go explore around little rock. Plus you get some awesome cookies!!! Can't beat it!!

It was a great place to get away. I had the balcony room which i could see the arkansas river from. The bed was so comfortable! It was just a nice place to sit back and enjoy!

We arrived to the hotel at around 11:30pm. The check in went smoothly but when we entered the room we noticed this musty smell. We were so tired that we did not bother to change the room and went to sleep. The following morning,we had breakfast at the coffee shop which was ok. The staff was nice and curteous. This hotel is very centrally located.
