It was a cool old hotel with character, but the room was tiny and just average condition. Felt it was over priced.

Beautiful property, clean and the staff is very friendly. We did the ghost tour and enjoyed hearing the history. Great views while walking the property outside and lots of activities (like games) and seating areas to enjoy. The pizza was amazing and so was the rooftop bar!

This is a must stay on your list if you like history, elegance and the occasional ghost tour. The staff is amazing. The crescent hotel is dark academia. Super clean and comfortable with all of the charm of a hotel built in the late 1800s.

Great front desk staff. They need to keep an eye out on the 420 friendly guest. Smoking on the balcony leaked into our room. But the front desk staff quickly fixed the situation by getting us another room.

Did not meet expectations

Hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were so nice and knowledgeable about the area. The floor in our room was extremely slanted so we slept trying not to roll into each other or get up in the night to use the restroom. There was construction beginning at 7am right outside our window. That was unfortunate. The food at Crystal Dining (breakfast) was not good. We expected the breakfast buffet to be over the top good and we barely ate. The pizza place was just okay and took 50 minutes to get four slices of pizza because they didn’t sell whole pizzas. The outdoor areas are great. Ghost tour was fun, too! We loved the town of Eureka Springs and will be back. Probably staying at a different location though.

Nice big room. Had a double Victorian room on the 4th floor. The pizza restaurant was good. The hot tub was only luke warm. The hotel cats were a big hit with my children. The spa was great. The bed was hard and there were sliver stars painted on the walls of our room and they kinda glowed in the dark which was weird.

Room was small but comfy. The hotel was beautiful and they offered a free shuttle to downtown. Unfortunately their kitchen was closed for remodeling so their restaurant only sold slices of pizza and salads.
