Front doors locked all of the time, holes in the sheets, coffee was poor. Just not worth the cost of the room.
Super clean and great location for downtown. Nice outdoor area to relax. Parking at site in secure area.
the hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfy
We loved the breakfast and happy hour/dinner during the week. We were able to meet other people staying in the hotel. We loved the location of the hotel.. such a downtown Gem. The actual hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Thank God for the kitchen.. that was a lifesaver!
I love this chain of properties. But when we stayed at this one, staffing was lacking- they had only one person on staff for the whole hotel when we checked in and she was new. I felt sorry for her- she was really trying. Our room was ok but the floor in the restroom needed additional cleaning. Really liked the breakfast. Also the gates from the parking area were not secured.
The River Market and many restaurants were within walking distance. Hotel staff very friendly.
We will never come back again to this Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown. Since we are the light sleeper, we request one quit room if it is possible. The front desk, Sarah Wright, said yes. But it turned out, room is on the side of street, very noisy. We request to change. She pretended to check on computer and said “no room available”. We must accept the fact. Since the smell of room is bad, I check the room. What I found the bedsheet dirty with lots of red spots (blood?), gross and ugly. We called Sarah on the front desk and manager showed up. After the manager exam the bed, she said it is unacceptable case and switched us to the room across the hall, which is away from street and is quitter. ( Oh, they do have quitter room available.)
We really enjoyed our stay here! While we were only in Little Rock for one night, our stay couldn't have been better. The hotel is walking distance from so many dining choices, and is just generally really well located. The room itself was clean, really spacious, and had all the comforts we might need for weeks or months of staying, let alone one evening. The one downside was paid-for off-street parking, though considering the prime location, $9/night is fairly reasonable for a downtown hotel.
Great experience hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area!
Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great! Our room was so nice.
Within walking distance to many good restaurants, river walk and many of the attractions. The trolley is also close by and can be used for $2 a day. Enjoyed the sites.
Hotel is right in heart of downtown, the 2 bedroom suite was awesome for me and my wife because we have 15 and 13 y/o boys. It was like a mini apartment. parking was great we could walk from the parking garage into our room on the 2nd floor
Great location downtown, close enough to walk to many nice restaurants, bars & shops. Clean hotel, helpful employee's, will definitely book here again. Good value for the money.
