Terrible service from front desk. Not maintained well inside

First of all, we were told our room was in Bldg B - looked all around and couldn't find it. Went back to office and was adv Bldg A (always get's those confused). Room smelled horrible. Went to visit relatives, came back at mid-night, still smelled horrible. Called front desk, was advised can switch rooms, but I opted for next day. That morning woke up, no smell. Went to visit relatives, came back around 9:30 and no clean towels, dirty towels still on the floor, bed were barely made up. Called front desk, was adv I was the 4th tenant who reported this. Had to walk to Front Desk to get clean towels and room still smelled horrible. Was only staying 1 add'l night so didn't want to move rooms for 1 night. Don't know if I'll stay there again.

Nice hotel. It is close to shopping and nice restaurants. Free breakfast was pleasing.

The hotel was very clean. We had a nice time while in town and the hotel was extremely close to all the area attractions.

It was nice and quit in room as compared to some others that we have stayed at. Staff was very helpful when asked for help. My husband and I both got a very good night sleep. The breakfast was good too. I would have like to have seen some gravy to eat with the biscuits.

Overall the hotel was nice but nothing great considering the price. Most disappointing was that I had reserved a King suite. I was pleased with the size of the suite but was disappointed when I saw the queen-sized bed. When I went back to the front desk they told me their location only offers queen beds... I felt I was mislead and had I known king-sized beds were not available I would have gone somewhere else at this price-point. It made for a somewhat uncomfortable sleep... Very disappointed!!

Upon arrival the hotel had a terrible musty odor. There was trash left in the room and ashes on the window ledge in a non smoking room. Later in the evening the pull out bed was found to be saturated with urine and the main bed had blood stains on the blanket. The hotel is old, dirty, smelly and overall just disgusting.

My husband and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The breakfasts varied a little bit each day, and we enjoyed the selection. The only thing we were disappointed in was that there are only ovens in some of the rooms.
