I recently stayed at this facility for over three months. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, greeting me by name and going above and beyond with every request. Alayna, Sharonda, and Franz at the desk were always smiling and taking care of any need I have without question. Johnnie and Carolyn prepared food in the lobby and always treated me like a long lost friend. The buildings and rooms were safe and secure. My room was a one bedroom suite that resembled a small apartment and was perfect for my extended stay. MissT in housekeeping always greeted me with a smile and kept my room in excellent shape. The only negative that I have is the parking. Multiple times the parking lot was full and I had to park at the hospital next door and walk down a small grass hill to get to the building. I would recommend this facility for short or extended stays. You will be welcomed and any need you have will be taken care of.

We have just completed our Little Rock, Arkansas family reunion and vacation, where we stayed at the Residence Inn. We have four children under 10yrs who loved our room and we all especially loved the morning breakfast buffet. Carolyn was the perfect greeter at breakfast each morning, making us feel like we were her personal guests. Her smile and warm, helpful personality made breakfast my favorite part of our visit! We were totally pleased with the Inn's cleanliness, the associates' kindness and the many room amenities. And we never ran short on towels, either, which surprised me with four kiddos taking baths. Our local friend recommended this location for our visit and we will be sure to recommend it, as well.

My mom was admitted to Arkansas Heart Hospital for emergency Heart Surgery. We didn't have much time to plan at all. I chose Residence Inn because of the good views and I had a friend stay there many years ago. As it turned out it was such a blessing. The hotel was in walking distance to the hospital. It had secure doors into the corridor so it was more secure than other surrounding hotels. My sister and I loved the separation of bedrooms and having a kitchen with having to stay until my mother got out of the hospital. Every morning we not only had a great hot breakfast but we had Johnnie waiting for us. She kept us upbeat and laughing even with the hard situation we were facing. She was off the last two days I was there and I just got my food to go but if Johnnie had been there I would have stayed. She's a lovely addition to morning breakfast. I thank the friendly staff and Johnnie and making me feel safe and secure at a very tense time. Thanks to everyone and I would highly recommend.

Our travel basketball team stay at this hotel each year, but this is the first time that the breakfast server/preparer was so kind, polite, and professional. I give 5 stars to Carolyn. Keep that beautiful personality.

I can honestly say that the Residence Inn Little Rock is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were immaculate. Everyone from the manager to the front desk staff to housekeeping were friendly and very helpful. The beds were amazingly comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. The free breakfast was a great treat. We absolutely loved our breakfast attendant, Miss Johnnie. She had such a great sense of humor and was so friendly and helpful that it made getting up in the morning a pleasure. Not to mention the food was very good, numerous choices and plentiful. I will definitely stay here everytime I'm in Little Rock.

Johnnie is always so nice and friendly and really makes you feel welcome. She takes the time to make you feel special and her breakfasts are the best! Franke at the front desk is also wonderful and he is very professional and efficient at check-in.

We booked a 2-week stay at this location and so far everything has been seamless. Our location is close to a ton of restaurants, Babies R US (we have children, so this is a plus) and it's very close to he highway. The staff is very nice- specifically Ms. Johnnie in the dining area. Each morning that she was scheduled to work, she went out of her way to assist me with getting breakfast for our kids and carrying everything to the table for me. Each morning the front desk staff greeted me by name and everyone was so sweet to our kids during the stay. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in the front office prior to check-in since we arrived to the hotel before the room was ready for check-in. When I canme back to check-in (with 3 kids in tow) the staff had placed all of our luggage in my room with a big bouquet of flowers that was delivered for me from my husband prior to arrival. The only hiccup ( and it was minor) was housekeeping. They only change the sheets every 3 days (that's crazy since I pay for each day of my stay and having fresh clean sheets everyday is something I look forward to) but I made a request to have them changed daily and they seemed to be happy to provide that service. The actual housekeepers are really sweet and pleasant. I had a chance to meet a couple of them during the stay. It is a different environment from the downtown location, as you can't really walk to attractions, but Panera Bread is literally next door, so that's convenient for breakfast.

Great choice if you're looking for a full kitchen and excellent value. Also, Carolyn was so nice at breakfast and working really hard - I respect that so much! They had plenty of space in the rooms and full kitchens. I have stayed in a lot of hotels growing up as a competitive athlete, and you won't regret this pick for the price. Hope this helps!

We visited to attend a 5K in Little Rock with family. The hotel was clean and the staff Kind. Especially Carolyn who prepared the breakfast for the guests! The patio area was a bonus where we had a quiet family Mother's Day Brunch before leaving town.

My family and I stayed here for a week while our house was being renovated. We had a 2 bedroom with kitchen and it was clean and comfortable. From check-in to check-out the staff was great. We were especially pleased with the lady that prepared the Breakfast..... Mrs. Johnnie was so friendly. She treated everyone that walked in like she had known them forever. She is truly one of a kind and Residence Inn should be very proud to have her as one of there associates. GREAT LADY.
