Clean. friendly. great breakfast especially the waffle maker. You could make 4 little ones. blue berry my favorite
Comfortable, quiet, great bed I slept better than at home...
On the outside of the hustle and bustle but within 10 minutes of all the action.
Checking in was quick and easy. A lot of options for the free breakfast buffet.
The hotel employees were pleasant. The free breakfast was very pleasing.
My husband, infant dust hater, and I stayed while in town for a wedding. The hotel staff were all very friendly, room was clean, great breakfast, and was in a great location! We were minutes from downtown and had a light at the corner to make turning onto central avenue very easy!
My family booked this hotel as a last ditch find (they only had 1 room left). As such, we had to book a smoking room :(. When we arrived, the smell of the room was overwhelming. We asked for air freshener and the management was amazing. Not only did they run a de-odorizer machine in the room, they apologized (even though we booked the room knowing it was smoking) and INSISTED on moving us to a nearby non-smoking room ASAP. Overall they went out of their way to be accommodating and amazing.
This hotel is run down and shabby. Nothing like what I'm used to in a Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn should not allow them to use the name. Cheap furniture. Very unhappy with the money I spent to have a nicer room. Not nice at all!!!!!
Room was spacious , the gym only had an elliptical machine and treadmil, but made up for with a pass to use the fitness center across the street from the hotel which was even better. Not too many hotel gyms can compete with a fitness center. Didn't spend a lot of time in room , but it was great.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean. Beds/Linen comfortable. I would book a room at Hampton in the future.
This hotel was a good value. The beds were very nice and the breakfast was very good.
This was our Honeymoon trip to Hot Springs, Ar. Neither of us had ever been to Hot Springs, AR. The drive was long, we called to notify the hotel that we would be checking in late. We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 am, the staff was courteous, kind and very helpful. We had arranged hotel reservations up until Thursday morning as there was no other availability. After talking with the Hotel Clerk, he arranged it so that we would be able to stay in our room until Saturday morning when we planned on leaving. During our stay we built a lasting friendship with the staff and they were very helpful with the destinations around town. My wife got sick on Thursday of our Honeymoon but the staff was checking on us and helping us to make her stay as comfortable as possible. We took her to a doctor and she rested in the hotel that Thursday. She felt better in the morning. We eagerly look forward to returning to the Hampton Inn in Hot Springs, AR. It was such a blessing to have the staff there and we have built lasting friendships within the area. Thank you so very Much. Regards, Jason Alan & Elizabeth Lomeli
The hotel was clean and quiet. They serve a simple continental breakfast each morning that was not bad. We had a handicap room which has a safety chair and handles all along the shower. The beds were comfortable and clean. The air conditioner kept our room chilly in summer time 100 degree heat.
Stayed overnight Very clean hotel, well maintained Generous breakfast Many restaurants nearby
The Hampton Inn had a great location and the best service. The rooms were clean and the management was very friendly. It was close to all of the eating places and right on the way to the spas! Hot Springs was also a good getaway for the price!
We were greeted in a friendly manner. Desk manager was quite helpful when we asked for late check out and to keep one of the luggage carts overnight (the closet was too small for all our hanging items). Breakfast is excellent--lots of choices.
good clean hotel close to shopping and the lake. Biker Friendly, good base to ride from.
The Hampton was very comfortable, the bed was amazing, sheets and comforters were top notch. Very clean room, we had a wonderful stay.
We stayed 3 nights and 4 days at the Hampton Inn. It was great!! The rooms were clean and well kept. All the staff was fantastic****. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hot Springs. The location was great!
