This was a nice hotel. The rooms were up to date and furnished nicely. The inside and outside were very well taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that there was nothing that stood out. It was just an average hotel.

The room looked clean, but as soon as we walked in my flip flops were sticking to the floors in the entryway and bathroom. There was different kinds of hair all over the room, I don't think they ever vacuum. The room smelled like it had been cleaned, and then the cleaner smell shut-in with no ventilation for a week. There was stuff from previous customers in the floor between the bed and the far wall. I found a bottle of unlabeled cleaner behind the nightstand. The towels and linens looked clean, but again smelled like no ventilation between customers. One of the bathroom switches didn't work either. I'm assuming it was for the exhaust fan or something. We were in a pinch, but this is ridiculous.

We stayed, at this extended stay IHG property for one night on 05/05. We were on the 3rd floor, and whoever was on the 4th floor above us, kept buffalo in his room. That is what it sounded and actually felt like. The ceiling is very thin, along with the walls. 2nd worst stay ever at an IHG property. The room was equipped with dishes, utensils, full size reefer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, TV/DVD (DVD library on first floir). Front desk staff very nice. If in Little Rock, skip this property, there have to be better IHG hotels in town.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. The room (king bed) was large and comfortable with a nice little kitchenette. The bathroom was well appointed, large and clean. There were some things / areas that looked worn but still kept clean. Staff was helpful and personable. I was close to the elevator but didn't hear a thing. Surprising find.

Stayed here after delivering some boxes to my sister. The hotel is located close to a lot of shopping centers as well as downtown, and very close to the highway. The room was quiet and clean, and just the place to rest after a long road trip. The staff was courteous and quick, and there were no problems with noise. My only complaint is that the wired internet was not working since I do not like using wireless, but it was not a major obstacle to my stay. I would stay here again.

We choose this hotel because of reviews and we were looking for hotel close to UAMS Medical Center. The room was comfortable and fit the bill with a small kitchenette in a two double bed room. Room was neat clean and orderly. I for the life of me could not figure out how to use the Mr. Coffee pot. I also noted in the bathroom great water pressure and plenty of hot water. In the double room the beds appeared to be full size and not queen size. Plenty of bright white towels. We were upgraded upon arrival. I would have liked to have seen a free breakfast incorporated into the rate, This would be the only thing I could really ding them on and management should consider this. They did recognize our IHG Level at registration. Location is a straight shot down Markham to UAMS.

The carpet in our room was torn and frayed. The bathroom was noisy, some kind of mechanical noise that squeaked every few minutes. There was no available ice machine. The television remote did not work properly, unable to use sleep function, the numbers buttons didn't work, no indication on television of what number you were on and it didn't seem that the listings matched those printed in the room. Wouldn't stay here again.

I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites for 6 nights. The room wasn't bad. It had a kitchenette which was nice. However the bed was very uncomfortable and even though the hotel is smoke free, we kept smelling smoke coming through the vents in our room. Also, the front entrance and elevator reeked of smoke. Since I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, this wasn't very pleasant. I actually had to ask one of the front desk clerks to spray the elevator because it was so bad. The other thing I didn't like is the fact that it was in the same parking lot as a Motel 6. There were some very interesting people to say the least standing out front every time we were coming in or leaving. However, it was close to the interstate and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area.

I have stayed in this hotel many of times and I finally have found the room I like the best. Room 421. It is on the top floor and at the end of the hallway. The only drawback is that it is a suite room and the AC is only in the sitting area with a small vent that leads to the bedroom. One must leave the bedroom door open to feel the AC otherwise it gets too hot. The other negative is that the wifi works in the suite but very weak in the bedroom. If you don't smoke make sure you get a non-smoking room as this is one of the few hotels that allows smoking. I have encountered a few times the smell of air freshener trying to cover up the smoke smell. Other than that I'm perfectly happy in this hotel and have been staying here for the last 3 years, but I have now found the perfect room as I got a great night sleep. I know I rated this as a quite hotel but the first floor is not very quiet and if possible try to get at the far ends for the least amount of noise.

Due to the quick sell of my house and not able to close on another for almost a month, my children and I needed a place to stay that was convenient to all the places that we went to to keep up with our daily routines. I looked into this hotel and was pleased with the price and the room. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smiling face and a pleasant voice. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay with my children felt like home. The small store that they had in the lobby was perfect for when I ran out of something in the kitchen or just wanted a snack. The workout room was small, but efficient for what I needed to do. One great thing was that the laundry facility was free! No coins to drag with me when I needed to wash clothes. There were DVD players in the room and dvds, games, books, and small appliances that you could borrow. I give this place 👍👍! I would definitely recommend this place for a short and long term stay.
