Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock Downtown

2.5 out of 5.0

Hotel lobby is under construction which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Only one elevator in service due to construction so getting to and from your room is very time consuming. Breakfast was a huge disappointment with barely anything to choose from at 9am. Had to ask for more food to be brought out as the containers were empty and over 10 people wanted to eat. Have always stayed here when visiting Little Rock but will stay at Marriott down the street next time. Each of our last three visits have gotten worse but gave it one last chance. Very disappointed

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and we felt very safe staying downtown.

Very close to amenities (walking distance), and very good service from employees.

My husband I stayed the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was good, the food, the service, the cleanliness the staff. The biggest draw back would be the parking garage. The access to get from the hotel to the garage is awkward and in the weather.

We are familiar with Hampton Inns....this was no surprise. Everything was comfy and clean. Great location for River Market, Clinton Presidential Library or anything downtown.

I got lost, the front desk was patient enough to give me directions twice over the phone. Room was clean, but did have a musty odor. Location was just right, plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The best part of the hotel is the staff and the location! Awesome!

the hotel was in a great location with easy access to local restaurants and the freeway. Very pleasant stay overall.

We stay here quite often for a night out on the Little Rock River Market. It's in a perfect location, being just two blocks away. Also, Dizzy's Gypsy Grill is right below and the best place to eat around!

Wonderful staff, really super, above & beyond! Unbelievably comfortable beds. Nice little comfortable PM bar. Near everything in the River Market area & most of downtown LR. Will stay there again and I live in Little Rock!

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the Clinton Library and all the great restaurants. I strongly recommend the Gumbo at the Flying Fish. The hotel Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was a plus. My room (703) was really nice, but, it had an awful smell like Cat urine. I would stay there again but not in 703.

I have stayed here several times and it is always a pleasure. The hotel is in a perfect location for the downtown area and the lovely Rivermarket. It is also right next door to my favorite place to dine, Dizzy's Gypsy Bistro! Clean and wonderful service, like always!

Nicely located near the Market area and with walking distance to the Clinton Library and all the attractions. The staff was helpful. I had forgotten to pack my phone charger and they loaned us one. The rooms and services were adequate. The TV in the room wasn't working properly but I I don't watch and I'm sure they'd have fixed it had I wanted to. The free hot breakfast was about what you'd expect. Coffee was good.

Everything downtown is within walking distance. Everything about the hotel was top notch. The only negative was that the power went off and on several times during the night which made it a little stuffy with no AC. Power was back on by morning though. I would definitely go back.

A pleasant hotel, ideal for visiting the area. when it's busy the reception area is to small, with only two staff ?

The staff and the food was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Our room was kept clean. The air conditioner was really nice!!!! The courtyard was very clean and the fire pit was wonderful. I love staying at the Hampton. I would recommend it to everyone.

I had a couples weekend in Little Rock and we loved our stay here. The staff was all very friendly, and the breakfasts were above average. I LOVE that we could print our boarding passes at the hotel from my email - see the instructions in the room. Its within walking distance of all the river market area things to do but a little cheaper since its not right on the main drag. You can park for free if you cross either 4th St or River Market Avenue. There are meters on the hotel block but free parking if you're willing to park on the other side of the intersection. They charge $7/day to park in a nearby garage.

My fiance and I stayed at the hotel over a long weekend, and it was pretty nice. Our room smelled funny, and I could never pinpoint what exactly the smell was....but the room was very clean, and the staff was excellent. They have a really good breakfast every morning!

The location was great, only 3 blocks from the river. There were several places to eat within walking distance as well. The staff was really nice, even loaning me an umbrella in case I might need it while out walking. My favorite part was actually the little snack room off the front desk with everything I could possibly need, even haagan das ice cream!

The hotel itself was nice. I liked having a safe place to park my car. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast could use some work.
