Staff was not available for phone communication while before check-in to communicate anything our needs while driving... that's a really a surprise to us for many calls they did not answer and do not have message leaving option too!
Great location and the room was very spacious. We were surprised with the hot breakfast selection. The pool was big and the kids enjoyed their time there. Will stay again.

Wish that checkin staff had worn a mask. Wish breakfast food (meat, eggs, cinnamon rolls) had been hot.
Sheets were stained. Had to wait a bit for person to come from back at check-in. A note would have been nice.:)

After having some poor experiences at other hotels this year, I was so pleased with my stay at this hotel. I have decided that Holiday Inn Express & Suites Inn chains are now my go to hotel when traveling. Nothing else will do! This is because the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast options in the morning are delightful and the staff was easy to work with. We had our pet with us, and we were pleased to be able to let it come in for the night. This particular hotel was in a safe location, the parking lot was well lit, the attendant was helpful and polite when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. So happy to have stayed here while traveling through the area.
A bit annoying to have to pay a $35 non refundable pet fee upon arrival. Room was clean and water pressure in shower was amazing. Parking lot was bright and felt safe. Free breakfast was great! Only downside, guest in neighboring room SNORING ALL night made for a rough night after driving 13.5 hours. I’m aware this was out of the hotels control, however we just needed a good night sleep and didn’t get one. Would stay again.
This was a great location and great hotel. The only thing I wasn’t fond of were the lack of little things, for example an alarm clock and plug ins beside the bed. Other than minor things that can be fixed this hotel was very nice. It was clean and Clearance the front desk clerk was extremely kind and welcoming. Would stay here again.
