Here now and feels safe. No smells of weed (typical at hotels nowadays. Room is clean and comfortable. On 5th floor and hear cars outside driver by pretty and it’s 11:30 on a Friday night but not too bad. Will stay here again. Feel like other review are accurate
This property is set right in the heart of the river market District. It is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very nice. They had nice little kitchens in them A big comfy couch. Nice size bathrooms.
The initial interaction was excellent. The person who checked me in gets an A plus. The maids that I found in the hallways gave me amenities that I requested but when I requested room cleaning on the third day and fourth day there was a no show. I actually had to purchase toilet paper and my trash and soiled towels were such an inconvenience. The drawers had the last guest remanants and the iron and blow dryer was filthy and the ironing board was broken. If my choice hotel the Marriott had available rooms I would have checked out the first day. Too much wrong to mention

The staff was exceptionally professional, the facilities were clean and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Good hotel, clean, centrally located
This hotel was great for our group of 5 and our need to keep everyone in the same space. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but the other beds were fine. Everyone in our group raved about the hot breakfast and how attentive the staff was to everyone dining.
We are not people that need a lot of attention but the staff at this hotel cannot be bothered for anything. Front desk was vacant when we arrived and had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out. When she did, she had an attitude and was less than friendly. Had A second occasion when I needed to purchase a Coca-Cola and once again I had to go hunt someone down to take my money. We have been traveling for over a week and were exhausted so we needed every minute of our noon check out time. The first housekeeping staff came by at 9:30 AM and we told them we would not be out till noon. At 11 o’clock the second housekeeping staff comes by even though we had put out the do not disturb sign in again knocked loudly. Again saying that she was just checking her board and what time are we going to leave. I’ve never seen a staff that could not communicate any better than this. Either with their own team or the front desk to see if we had checked out. The accommodations were OK but we will never return to this residence Inn again.

Very close to the Rivermarket and Dugan's Pub. Riverfront amphitheater is just 3-4 blocks. Great staff and super clean facilty.
I frequently travel to Little Rock on business, and have stayed at several different hotels in the downtown area. This was my first experience with the Residence Inn. I had assumed the mid-price business hotels were all the same. I was mistaken. While I've never had a bad experience at any of the other hotels, the Residence Inn was a definite step up. From the second I walked in the door and was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, to the spacious well-designed room, I was made to feel comfortable and at home. The room has a great working desk, plenty of plugs for electronics, a full refrigerator and kitchenette, and a very large comfortable bathroom. There were plenty of drawers, hooks to hang things on .... it was just well designed. I will definitely go back!
The perfect location...easy walk all over downtown Little Rock. The staff is fabulous!!
Had my family stay here for graduation and they had a great time. It's in a great location, in downtown so it was very close to the museums, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel was very clean, modern, w/kitchen and fridge included in both rooms! There is a parking lot behind the hotel, although I was able to find street parking. My family loved the pool and they had a great complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Within walking distance of the river, shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated rooms. Wonderful area!
