Close to Arby’s and Walmart. Very clean. Pet friendly but has a pet fee. Lots of green space and fairly secluded. Shower was clean.
Booked this room for 4 adults. Queen n fold out couch. In pictures both were separated by kitchen/bathroom. Get there and kitchen /bathroom then couch next to bed. Fold out bed was TERRIBLE!!! If you weighed less than 50 lbs there you probably couldn’t feel the bars or wires. Great room for two people. Should not be advertised for four. Breakfast was great. Though stayed only one night due to Worst pull out bed ever. In laws have one from 10 years ago that is 10x better. Very disappointed!

Our girls had a game friday and the coach dropped them off at our hotel instead of the Embassy which was 5 minutes away. The girls put their clothes in the dryer and the door came off. A very rude and unprofessional staff member named Ms. Johnson got upset because another parent was asking questions about the incidental fee she became very irate and said she's gonna make an executive decision and made us leave with no refund. Its 12:00 at night raining and had two teenage girls. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle due to all the hotels in the area being sold out due to AAU tournaments that was going on this weekend. She wouldn't give us the manager name only stated they'll review the camera on Monday but there's no camera's in the laundry area so as he questioned her in a nice manner she became unprofessional and wouldn't let him retrieve his belongings and called the police on him. Other guests thought she was going over board as this didn't warrant for the police to be called. She made us think that she called the manager to see if we could stay which i don't believe that call was ever made because as fast as it took her to go to the back to make the call thats how quickly she returned. The girls was only there without an adult for 30 minutes because of the miscommunication with the coach im sure this doesn't warrant for anyone to be throwed out and then for the police to be called. We had to sleep in the car and freshen up at the gas station. I will be calling corporate.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. We received 2 free bottles of water at check-in and the woman working the reception desk was very welcoming. The wifi was good and our room was clean. The free hotel breakfast was excellent and it included breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal, and more. The only minor issue that we experienced was that our in-room refrigerator did not get cold - both the fridge and the freezer portions were room temperature.
