I rated my stay at this hotel on 4 parts (The hotel itself, the room, the kitchen, and the bathroom): Part #1: Atria Inn and Suites Extended Stay get 4.0 stars 1. Invited atmosphere with water fountains around the parking lot 2. Beautiful rocks landscrapting 3. Well lighted at night 4. Free parking, cable, internet, and local phone calls 5. Although, I did not use these facility I believe this place have a gym and laundry room No pool or patrolling officers and this are the reason for the 4.0 stars. Part #2: I stayed in Room (108) get 4.0 stars 1. The room are huge; well, at least room 108 is 2. The place was very clean and have a pleasant smelled. 3. The bed sheets are freshly wash 4. The pillow are very comfortable and full. My family and I slept well *** Recommendations for the guess - Bring a blanket. Although, one is provided on each bed(s), it may not be thick enough to keep you warm. Most of my family members like being cool so the temperature was set for the majority but bringing an extra blanket or two help with us low iron efficient people. Also, bring a night light to prevent from getting out of the bed to turn the light on/off. I give room 108 a 4.0 stars for there were no lamp by the bed, iron, or ironing board in the room. Part #3: Kitchen 4.0 stars 1. The kitchen come with a large refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove (No oven), ice budget, and cups. *** Recommendations for the guess - Bring cookware (pots, pans, cooking spooks & folks, knifes), silverware (folks, spoons, knives, plates), dish detergent, and toaster. I give the kitchen a 4.0 stars for there was no toaster and the front desk do not rent any cookware, silverware. Part #4: Bathroom 4.0 stars 1. The bathroom come with a blow dryer and towels. *** Recommendations for the guess - Bring your own soap and toiletry. Only one small soap was in the room when I checked in approximately 7:00 pm. Also, bring air fresher. Although, I had a non smoking room you can still smell when other are smoking in their room through the bathroom vent. This is the reason for the 4.0 stars. Overall the price is GREAT. The room cleaning server (Mrs. Marie) does an OUTSTANDING job in now impressive the place look, smell, and feel. The front desk clerk (Mr. Vasu) is very PROFESSIONAL and KIND. I informed Mr. Vasu of the maintain repairs require or concerns for room 108 (example, clean the bathroom vent). My rating is base on the two nights (Saturday and Sunday) with a Monday checkout stay. I look forward to staying at the Atria Inn and Suites Extended Stay (6100 S University Ave, Little Rock, AR 7220) again
Never go here it is not safe. Drug dealers, prostitute get the best treatment here. There are call girls all over and pimps. The managers knows what they do but only concerned about the money. This is no where safe to lay your head.
I wish I could speak to the owner directly and tell them what a nice place this COULD be. I don't understand why any of the owners/MANAGERS/ WORKERS don't keep their places NICE. Hire a cleaning crew that cares. this could save your business. How could you let such an updated place go to pot. All the money they wasted on new tile a new floor and a decent looking headboard and an updated bathroom be ruined by filth. I mean this place could be really really really nice. When we got there we walked into a dirty room it was so late, so what could we do? I just couldnt even deal with it, we used our own blankets. I hope the owners are reading this because you need to really hire your cleaning lady or a cleaning lady or just close up. Take some pride!
I'm a traveling man... I've stayed in countless hotels and to be honest thus is the worst !! most hotels may be in a bad location or a few unlikely characters will be hanging around but this place has so much more!! I'm not going to go into detail just take my word for it.. example: the girl staying in the room with me goes to the front desk to ask for more wash rags because we have none .. the guy at the front desk tell her to just use soap... really just use soap lol ... just saying it's hard to sleep in a crack house lol..
The place was relatively clean, it smelled nice and fresh. The bed sheets had some tiny stains on them though and the covers did have something that looked like burn holes. They provided towels the first night, but the second night when we got back to the hotel they had taken the old towels but had NOT given us new ones. They did not give us new soap either, they just left the tiny pieces we had on the sink. I did not have time to request new towels as I got to the hotel really late at night and had to check out early. I gave it two stars because I went there with my family and I felt that for the price they charge it should have been better than stained sheets.
the hotel looked cleaned at first glance, however microwave had food splatter in it for all 3 days we stayed there even after asking the house keeper to clean it, the sheets had burn holes into them and smelled of weed, the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while, after the first night you could tell the house keeper did not even sweep the bathroom, room had two beds in there but they only gave us 1 towel, even after asking for more 2 days in a row! the neighbors were blaring music and banging on the walls all night! people lounged around in the parking lot all night drinking and smoking made us weary about our vehicles. a horrible experience
I'm not sure if our experience was typical, but we did not have the stellar stay reported by the other reviewers whose comments I read on TA and elsewhere before booking our room. We booked via Hotel Tonight from the road. We arrived late, and were issued a King room as requested (208). Our first impression was the overwhelming stench of weed (and not the good stuff) in the room. We considered requesting a different room, but I'd already been told at check-in that the only other options were 1st floor double doubles. We sniffed the pillows and sheets, which didn't have the same odor, and decided we could air the place out by opening the window and cranking the AC. ... It didn't really work but we decided maybe the contact high would help us sleep. We used Urban Spoon to locate a few late dinner options, but with the university so close, and shady elements in the area (guys hanging out in the parking lot, kids getting high in their car), we ended up picking up drive-thru food and returning to the room. (But travelers who enjoy loud hip hop and drunk twenty-somethings should check out Zach's down the road, just past the "adult store"). The room was spacious enough, and the grey paint with dark furnishings was appealing. I appreciated the clean tile in the bathroom and separate sink/counter area. The room was outfitted with a microwave, mini fridge (no freezer), hair dryer, ironing board (no iron), and a new flat screen tv. The bedspread had several burn holes and the carpet was quite worn, as was the desk chair (see pics). I should give a shout-out to the night manager who hustled across the parking lot to ask if we would rather stay on the first floor when he noticed us schlepping heavy bags up the stairs. We declined as we really prefer king beds to doubles. Overall, the price was reasonable, the room was nice, but the other guests and room reeking of drugs made us feel less than comfortable. We were up and out the door by 6am, eager to get out of the area.
This place is fantastic. The quality and price are unbeatable. The staff was informational and professional. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and trendy. Next time i'm in Little Rock I know exactly were to stay! I am very glad that we found this place.
