We took the duvet off the bed and there was literally just a pocket of bugs squirming around in the middle of the bed. The curtains had bugs crawling around in them. We had to leave, and there was no refund despite this horrific experience. No one should ever have to live in those conditions. Please please please do not stay here, the pictures seem promising but they are in fact a lie.
Filthy. Nasty. Disgusting. Bug infested. Yes bed bugs full of Human blood. Not one linen was still white. Just gross.
The cheapest price for an amazing room ! I would definitely recommend. Right in the city.
The hotel just needs someone to reinvest money where it matters. You can tell that they just did some upgrades to the front lobby but what they should have done first was buy new bedsheets and replace the carpets for the rooms. I’m not upset that I stayed there, but I didn’t win any points with the wife either. Would I go back? Probably not.

We booked hotel as a package with flight discount.When checked in our first room the toilet was back up it wouldn't flush. The room is non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke. We called down the front desk and the guy said he wouldn't give refund because we booked through orbitz.com.He then said he could move us to another room which was worse.The same thing happened the toilet clogged and wouldn't flush and it also smelled like smoke.The bed sheets and towels were soiled and had hair. We had to put a shirt over the pillow to lay. The next morning we checked out and confronted the owner he had an excuses left and right.one excuse was that the guy that switched our room had previously fell and hit his head and was disoriented.Really lol. Then the owner kept stressing about getting a bad review and apologizing how his staff needs to clean rooms.This hotel is so run down. Rude staff.So NASTY.
I was there for 5 days. First no microwave or fridge. (The owners said I could upgrade for an extra fee, even though I booked a room with both) Roaches dead on the bathroom floor, followed by live ones everywhere else. The cleaning lady said they do not change sheets unless they look dirty! People live there that are filthy and I witnessed use drugs. To top it off a bar next door with very loud music until 3:30 in the morning. Drunk people sat I my car butchering (singing) every song. I never got any sleep. The owner refused to refund any of my stay so I could find a decent place for the rest of my visit. The worst place I have ever stayed in!
The pictures look nice but the hotel is not anything like the pictures. Our room smelt like urine, shortly after sitting on the bed stuff started crawling on me and my husband, the balcony outside our room felt very unstable. Stayed there less than an hour and checked out!
