For the first time in 13 years, we were told our family of 7 could not stay in a hotel room together, and we would either have to leave or pay for two rooms. We had just driven 12 hours for the holidays and arrived at 11:30 at night. As soon we we walked into the room, the man at the front desk called and told us we were a fire hazard and had to leave or buy another room. Couldn't believe it. I could understand if it was several random people travelling together, or even 7 adults. But it was my husband and I and our 5 kids. We were exhausted and had to leave because we didn't have the resources to pay for an extra room. He didn't say he was sorry or act like he felt bad at all. We didn't get settled into a new room until 1 a.m. Sometimes, people should come before rules. Sorry.

Did not eat breakfast due to health issue which is why I was in Little Rock. The staff has always been very friendly (we have stayed at this property before) and parking is good and well lit. If I have an issue the staff always resolve the problem.

Safe and the breakfast was good. But the room condition could have been much better. We had problems receiving towels as they kept saying the housekeeping hadn’t came in yet to wash more and we had a bad toilet that never got fixed from tbe time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Sunday. We were finally brought a plunger on Saturday night for us to plunge the toilet ourselves and the manger chose to comment they were short handed. Overall the worst stay out of all the weekend traveling we do!!!!
